The space
Welcome to Clear Creek Cabin, your cozy two-story home-away-from-home designed for comfort, fun, and relaxation!

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a restful getaway:

Layout:
● Downstairs: A fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, full bathroom, sunny sunroom, and a laundry room with front-load washer/dryer.
● Upstairs: Two cozy bedrooms and a private balcony with scenic views.

Sleeping Arrangements:
● Bedroom 1: Tempur-Pedic King-size bed
● Bedroom 2: Two Queen-size Sleep Number beds for personalized comfort

Kitchen:
● Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, coffee maker (Keurig K-cup & Mini coffee maker), reverse osmosis water filter, toaster, microwave, blender, crockpot, pizza stone, and everything you need for cooking—plus dishware, cookware, and utensils.

● The creek is active and changes with the seasons—there are times when it's accessible and others when it's not.
● This is the country! You may encounter bugs, frogs, or even raccoons. Keep food sealed and doors closed to avoid uninvited guests.


Please note: The pool area and playset are shared spaces enjoyed by the property owner and other guests on-site. Please be courteous, share the space respectfully, and help keep it tidy for everyone’s enjoyment.

Laundry & Essentials:
● Free Wi-Fi - Please note, since we're in the country, the connection can occasionally be spotty, central heating & A/C, linens and towels, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, hair dryer, and hangers

Accessibility Notes:
● 4 steps to enter the cabin
● Stairs lead to the bedrooms upstairs
● 1 step down into the sunroom

Parking:
● Convenient parking is located right next to the cabin for easy access.
● Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed unless approved in advance.
● Drive slowly and carefully on the country roads leading to the cabin—watch for children


Please note: There are two locked storage areas (a linen closet under the stairs and a bathroom linen cabinet) that are not available to guests. Also, décor may vary slightly—we’re always updating the space to keep it fresh and welcoming!

No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum occupancy is 6 people unless prior approval has been granted.

We’ve done our best to outfit the cabin with all the essentials (and a few extras!), but if there’s anything else you need to make your stay even more comfortable, just let us know. We’re nearby and always happy to help.

Oh, and a quick heads-up—if you see us around, don’t be shy! You might also meet Lizzy, our sweet pup. She barks with excitement at first but we promise, she’s all heart.

● The pool is open seasonally and will close for the year between November-April
● The pool area and playset are shared spaces
● By booking this property, you certify and agree to the Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability.
● Primary renters must be 25 years of age or older.
● No smoking or vaping allowed on the property.
● No pets permitted.
● No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
● A photo ID may be required upon check-in for verification.
● The owner lives on the property, so you may see them occasionally tending to the land—feeding the chickens or cruising around in the Kubota. They're friendly and happy to give you space to enjoy your stay!

Important: Property owners live nearby and are available if you need any assistance during your stay. The neighboring homes are occupied by long-term tenants or other vacation guests. ***We kindly ask that you be respectful of everyone’s privacy and do not knock on their doors.***
