The location was perfect! We were within walking distance of the beach and the town. The house is beautifully decorated and had ample space for sleeping and just hanging out. Loved the front porch with the rocking chairs! I hope to be staying here again sometime.

Great property! We had a large group and there was plenty of space in the house for all of us. The neighborhood is very quiet and very close to shops and the beach. One bit of feedback is that the main living area and dining area does not have enough seating for very large groups. The couch can seat around 7 people, with 2 more chairs nearby. The dining table only seats 8, with a bench nearby that can accommodate 2 more. For a property that can sleep 16, this makes dining or movie nights altogether difficult. The living room could easily accommodate a larger or additional couch. Overall a great spot and would stay again!

Exactly as described. Spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to town and beach. Quiet neighborhood. Nine in our group and we didn't need to use the lowest level where the 2nd living room, bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and full bath were located. Small side yard that wasn't very useful, but the front porch was enjoyed by all of us. Happy to see an outside hose to clean off sand before going inside. Would stay again.

Fantastic stay for a Thanksgiving away!

My family and I stayed here the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time! We loved the open kitchen/living room, dining table, and of course the fireplace. It was very cold and snowy during our stay so the fireplace made the house cozy and comfortable! We will definitely return and may make this an annual tradition now!

Great, spacious house. Great location. Enjoyed walking to the main street for restaurants and good neighborhood for dog walking. Helpful to have access to the garage during snowy, windy weather. One issue-the room upstairs at the front of the house with the bay windows was quite cold. Otherwise plenty of space for our group of 9 adults/young adults and 2 dogs!
