Incredibly clean and spacious property. Close proximity to DT Joshua Tree. Booked for 4th of July weekend. Check in and out was easy. Host was communicative and understanding. Will be back soon. Thank you Stephanie!

Everything was just what we expected. The pool was unheated and smaller than it looks in pictures, and the 10 pm quiet rule made it difficult to combine hot tub and star gazing, but we were very impressed.

I’ve updated the listing to let future guests know the above-ground pool is an “unheated cowboy pool.” And yes, due to the loudness of hot tubs when they operate, guests would have to talk very loudly to each other which could cause noise complaints after 10pm. I hope to be able to welcome you back someday!

Fantastic place to stay for a Joshua Tree visit! Extremely close to the park entrance which was great for frequent trips to the park or rests at the property. All the amenities included made it very relaxing to be at the property. Quiet corner lot with all you could ask for. Easy access and good communication. If I return will definitely stay here again. A

Perfect place for my wife, dog and I to stay for the weekend. Centrally located near the town of Joshua Tree and 10 minutes to Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms. Also close to dozens of great hikes in the park and otherwise. Awesome backyard with a hot tub and cowboy pool - the pool was closed for the winter but the hot tub was great! Would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for our star gazing! It was the cleanest VRBO we have ever rented. Truly, it was immaculate! The enclosed yards were wonderful spots for our pooches to wander and smell new smells safely. Communication with the host was outstanding. We hope to make Joshua Tree and this home a yearly event!

This home was very nicely decorated and well stocked. It was spacious and comfortable. Billiards table was a great addition and fun. Kiychen supplies/equipment could be improved a notch. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your feedback. The kitchen is fully stocked and all guests have complimented the house in terms of how stocked the kitchen is. I would love to know what you felt was missing so I can add it to the kitchen supplies.

Everything was wonderful. I loved all the manuals in one drawer. Made new fangled gadgets useable. Good equipment in the kitchen. A truly fabulous shower head. The host always replied to questions promptly and with good information.

Stephanie’s house is clean, cool, well-stocked, and exceptionally welcoming. Beds are super comfortable; I slept like a rock! Pool is big enough to float two blow-up rafts with room to spare. Hot tub jets are strong. Such good medicine! I’d forgotten how good a steak tastes on the bbq. Filled the fancy refrigerator with lots of food and enjoyed endless crushed ice in fresh cold water. Plenty of stores just a quick drive away for anything one might need. Home feels far enough out to feel secluded with neighbors close enough if needed in an emergency. It’s private but not isolated. Perfect location for two old ladies to celebrate their birthdays! And, OMG, the sunsets!! And then the stars!! Star gazing in the hammocks is divine!! With joshua tree park just down the road and the beautiful desert landscape, every day spent in this lovely town is a treat! Pack your bikini and flip flops and book a weekend at this beautiful home ASAP. You will not be disappointed!!

Great location with good proximity to Joshua Tree National Park which is what we were there for. Property description is accurate, The host was very clear with communication for check in and check out and was timely in responding with anything we asked. The house was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The jacuzzi was very clean and was nice to relax in after a day exploring and hiking. The cowboy pool, although we didn’t use, was also very clean and would be nice on a hot day. The pool table in the garage was a nice plus which we used The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and eat meals. The appliances are new and good quality. The only thing you may need to bring would be aluminum foil or maybe plastic wrap if you think you might need. Other than that everything else we needed was there. One very very small negative would be some of the plastic drinking glasses need replacing. Although they are clean and we washed before using they appear clouded and not very appealing. My dog absolutely loved exploring the fenced in yard. She was in heaven. I would stay here again if in the area.

It was a pleasure hosting you. It’s always nice to have such lovely guests. Thank you for the positive feedback regarding the house and amenities. Regarding the plastic drinkware: As I explained in our private messaging, the plastic drinkware is provided for safety purposes since there is no glassware allowed near the pool and hot tub. They are replaced regularly. When the plastic cups and wine glasses get washed in the dishwasher, the hot water and detergent turn the clear plastic cloudy. I have searched for non-clouding plastic drinkware and have been unsuccessful in finding it.

The house was very clean, nicely air conditioned, with a full kitchen and two very nice bedrooms. The backyard was very nice to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The location is also conveniently close to grocery stores if you need to stock up.
