Ayschia was very communicative and has the house stocked with nice touches and everything you need for a cozy stay. Great location just off of Route 66 and only a few minutes from the BOK.

We very much enjoyed this quaint, cozy home. It was clean, comfortable, and well organized. We found ourselves coming back to the house to just hang out, which is always a good sign. We enjoyed the record player and appreciated the representation of Tulsa artists in the provided LPs. The house is as conveniently located to most of the things we wanted to do, namely the Philbrook and the Gathering Place, and we fell in love with the food at Kilkenny’s Irish Pub (we highly recommend the meatloaf and the corner booth) ;)We slept well and the sound of the morning doves was nice to wake up to. We would definitely stay here again.

LOVED IT. We came to Tulsa for an extended weekend but the colder weather kept us inside more than we planned. But it was okay because the bungalow was cozy and perfect for a low key getaway. Easily the best part of our vacation. My son wanted to stay forever.

This charming craftsman-style cottage right off Route 66 was perfect for my visit. Spotlessly clean, easy check-in with a keypad entry, and it had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful extras: white noise machines in the bedrooms (it's a quiet neighborhood, but you're four houses from 66), built-in USB chargers in the bedside tables, and a genuinely well-stocked kitchen. The host has clearly thought through the little things that make the difference between an adequate stay and a truly comfortable one. The location made getting around town simple, and after long days I was always glad to come back to such a calm, welcoming space. I wouldn't hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend it without reservation to anyone visiting Tulsa.

Host accommodation was ok but doubled single night price upon adding night Situation has been corrected Nice home older. Interior doors don’t close easily if at all. Neighborhood has much commotion and fighting late nights in

Steve is my first guest in a year to have an issue with nighttime commotion. While unfortunate, I think this had to do with it being over New Years' Eve. He added another night last minute and was charged the nightly rate per the listed rate on VRBO. I kindly refunded him a large portion of it to accommodate his stay.
