Loved how clean and perfectly sized the house was for 2 (4) people. Also my husband was a hug fan of the coffee machine and the amenities of the kitchen. Lovely property and worth the money. Made Easter visit home fantastic. Only thing is email said key was under mat but it was in a lockbox near the door. That needs to be updated.

I would not suggest renting this house it didn’t seem bad at first and then everything was gross so I had to clean the house myself just so I could feel comfortable with my husband I had to scrub the shower to the kitchen to the microwave to even the fridge and then I finally could rest but then to later find out when I woke up in the middle of the morning there was cockroaches so we hurried up grabbed our stuff and ran out the door. We contacted the woman and she is still yet to say anything. I would not go here ever again

Check-in time was at 3 PM. We arrived at about 3:30 in the afternoon to find that the house had not been cleaned. The beds were unmade the laundry room had dirty towels in the washer and in the laundry basket beside the washer. There was still teabags or coffee maker that had not been cleaned or washed out. The only thing that had been done was the trash had been emptied. So I attempted to contact the host. I tried four times to reach them unsuccessfully. We at about 515. The house still had not been cleaned, but we had left our bags there because I had nowhere else to go at this point. So we left there about 530 or 545 and went to the concert that we were supposed to be at and while we were at the concert I received a message stating that the person that was supposed to clean had a family emergency and they could either refund my money or send somebody to clean. So I said at this point, I would love to have a refund, or I guess I could sleep in a dirty bed. Later, the host contacted me again and stated that they had sent somebody over to clean at 5pm and since we had left our bags there she guessed that meant that we were planning to go ahead and stay. So I took that to mean there would not be a refund issued to me. I let her know that we left at 545 and no one had cleaned. The whole experience was a disaster and I will no longer be using VRBO. The house was not clean. Dead flies in the window sill. Dirty bathroom. It was horrible!

Was informed the house cleaner was running behind. Not an issue. We arrived and has some difficulties getting in. After looking around we decided not to stay. The property felt unclean and was uncomfortablely warm. Kitchen sink and stove wasn't clean.
