Excellent property with great communication. It was reasonable for the number of bedrooms, large dining area, living room and a great movie room. The pool was not in tip top shape, but the managers did respond to the problem. The area was quiet and we were also able to get to a trail that led to the lake, although the access is a bit steep. Overall, a top notch place for a weekend with our grandkids’ ! Hoping it’s available next year!!

The floor plan was awesome for a large group. Lots of kid friendly activities outdoors and the theater room was a hit!We also enjoyed the hike around the lake to the playground. Kelly was great and checked in multiple times. Would def recommend!

So many activities - pickleball, basketball, lawn chess, mini golf, pool, hot tub, fire pit, movie room and pool table. Our group of moms and group of teenage boys all had what we needed for the entire stay. Never had to leave the property for fun and memories!

ALL amenities and description of the property was EXACTLY as advertised! This property is PERFECT to host a high school athletic program for a Frisco / Dallas tournament or event. Of course it is VERY family friendly.Host was warm, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.This property will NOT disappoint!

Absolutely loved this place! From the outside, it looks like an average house; but on the inside, it’s like I’m in a whole different world. And don’t even get me started on the backyard. The backyard has multiple activities that you can do including a pool and a hot tub. Overall, I had an amazing stay and had a great time with my friends at this house. I will most likely be booking here again! Thank you!

From the moment I walked in there were issues and I communicated with the host immediately. They were very responsive however, of the list of items to include filthy, bugs coming out of the drain, shower is not draining, rugs, severely stained, dead tree in the front yard danger, hazard, pool, not clean or kept, hot tub, dirty, broken furniture in the backyard, trash bins were full upon arrival to name a few things. They promised to send pool maintenance and cleaners.However, on the fourth day that I was there, the only person that came with someone to clean the rugs.The rugs were shampooed, but because the rugs are of low quality, all it did was warp them, and only slightly clean them.Every time I reached out to ask for a status, they said they get right back with me. However, nothing else was even addressed.Very disappointed and I was unable to use this house to host my family as I mentioned to them before I even arrived.The biggest safety concerns were the dead tree in the front of the house that is literally falling apart in front of your eyes, the stairs with exposed plywood, the fifth bedroom bed that is about to break in half were of the most concerning.The host response was they will look into that.We were here for five days, and nobody even looked at it.I would not recommend this place based on those massive safety concerns.The pictures are very misleading.
