The back porch has furniture and overlooking the woods with hammock and creek. There is a Campfire Ring and Firewood provided for your roasting marshmallows and campfire enjoyment. A short hike about 1000 feet back to Lake Lewisville through the trails in the woods and a short walk or drive to West Lake Park. 1 mile to boat launch. 3 Bedroom 2 Bathrooms just remodeled rustic decor. Full kitchen with all the needed cooking supplies and spices and some sauces. Lot’s of board games, puzzles, Corn Hole and washers. It can be a short term rental daily weekly or monthly rental. Property is over 1 acre in the Lake Dallas Hickory Creek area. 1 Queen Bed 1 Full Bed and 1 Twin Bed that can be converted to King. With 2 decks with seating on both. New Central AC/Heat, New Windows, New Water Heater, New Floors, New Paint. WiFi, New 55 inch Flat Screen for Streaming, Washer and Dryer. Includes water, sewer, trash, internet & electricity. Braden Smith is the owner and manager of the Cabin at Lake Dallas RV Park. The property was purchased in February 2020 and remodeled in 2020. I also have the RV Park next door I built and opened in Fall of 2021. I have been in Hotel and Restaurant development and management since attending the University of North Texas in Denton.
