Nice three bedroom home in quiet neighborhood. Close to a park, grocery store and many restaurants. Home looks to be recently remodeled. I couple of small fixes by the host would be nice. That said, it is a real nice property in a nice area and the price is more than fair.

This house is nicely remodeled, it’s in a good location and was safe for our family. We had a few cleanliness issues, that we addressed and the property manager communicated back with us. Overall we would stay there again.

Quick response and easy to communicate with. Home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would be nice to have a lamp on the nightstand in each room and rugs for wiping wet and snowy shoes upon entry. The home met our needs and we definitely recommend.

We checked in to the property at 3:30 pm. When our family members arrived, we started noticing things: only enough towels for 5 people (we reserved for 7), only 6 dining chairs. Then we noticed someone's socks wadded up by the couch, bugs along the baseboards, cobwebs in the windows, crumbs on the couch, a broken shower head, bathroom door would not latch, mirrors and glass panes smudged. Then when we got ready for bed, ours only had a flat sheet w/comforter, another had a stained fitted sheet w/comforter, and the other one had ripped sheet on a broken mattress/box spring as it sagged in the center. Our children left and got a hotel. Our attempts to reach the host went unanswered. We checked out the next day, cutting our trip short by a day. We finally reached the host around 2 pm, and he said he would call back in 10 minutes, but never did. We called VRBO and started a case to get our money back, but the host said we were lying and only offered a third of what we paid.

Host was fantastic when it came to communication. House was not ready when we arrived. Had to stay in a hotel the 1st night due to safety concerns. Host made the fixes within 24 hours and we were able to complete our stay. I would not call this a luxury property, but host was very effective when it came to communication.

DONT RENT HERE! FIRST OFF THE GRASS AND THE BUSHES WERE OVER GROWN. ENTERING THE HOME THERE WERE CRUMBS ON THE COUCH AND BED. THE LINEN REEKED OF CIGARETTES. THE SHOWER WAS DISGUSTING. THE HOST COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE. HE DID NOT RESPOND UNTIL HOURS AFTER STATING THAT HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT BUT NO ONE EVER CAME! THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST VRBO EXPERIENCE EVER! DONT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!
