Welcome to your happy place on Lake Norman!

Step into lake life and feel the stress fade away the moment you arrive. This beautifully remodeled cottage sits on a wide, peaceful waterfront lot perfect for room to roam, kids to play, and families to truly unplug and reconnect.

Designed for easy, comfortable stays, the home sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin room with two beds, plus two full bathrooms so everyone has space to relax.

Life here is meant to be lived outdoors. Start slow with morning coffee on the private deep-water pier, soak up the sunshine on the floating dock, or curl up with a book in the shaded seating area. Bring your own boat or jet ski (ramps are just minutes away!) or rent from Lake Effects or Lake Norman Boat Rentals and turn every day into a lake adventure.

Inside, the bright and open living space brings everyone together whether you’re cooking meals in the refreshed kitchen, sharing laughs at the table, or winding down after a sun-filled day on the water. A full-size washer and dryer make longer stays easy and stress-free.

Adventure is included and waiting:

• 1 stand-up paddleboard

Paddle through the quiet cove, splash around near the dock (approximately 15 ft deep), or simply float the day away. Perfect house and dock. Kitchen very well stocked. Cove ideal for paddle boarding and kayaking. Marina nearby for launching our 26’ boat . Hosts were great. Already discussing coming back next year.

This is the best house to rent in the area. It is VERY clean, has everything you need and more. EXTREMELY quiet. Nice access to the lake and really relaxing. This was our second stay at this rental and it was just as good as the first. It is a very good price for the rentals in this area and you can’t go wrong renting this home. The hosts are great and very easy to work with. We love staying here.

We have stayed at this property several times and continue to enjoy it. While there’s been a change in the ownership of the home, the experience and enjoyment remain the same…excellent. The house meets all our needs, the lakefront is beautiful, the cove is quiet and private. And the location is great…close to grocery store, restaurants, gas station and several other businesses and healthcare providers.

Such a great property in a quiet cove. Loved floating in the water and rented a pontoon boat that was delivered as well. Property came with pool noodles, floating mat as well as all the kayaks and paddle board that we used. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for prime relaxation. Giuliano was super responsive and helpful. We even caught some fish right off the dock which was awesome. House was very clean and had what we needed. After exploring the lake on boat, it was so nice to come back to a super quiet area that was safe enough to float in without worrying about boats everywhere.

We had such a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home! The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed using the kayaks and paddleboard—they added so much fun to our trip.Giuliani and Carlos were responsive, friendly, and easy to reach whenever we had questions.We would definitely consider staying in this beautiful home again on our next trip and highly recommend it to others!

This home is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Location is perfect, many stores, restaurants, fast food are only a few minutes away. The Communication with Giuliana was excellent. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely property on Lake Norman. The view is gorgeous, the kitchen well stocked and everything was spotless. The property manager is super nice and checked with us to make sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

This is an awesome place to stay. Hosts were amazing and this is not a house you are renting it is a home. All the comforts you could ever want or need and the location is so beautiful. Having stayed at another place nearby it did not compare to this one. If you are staying in the Lake Norman vicinity this is the most amazing place to stay hands down. We will be coming back.

We couldn’t recommend this home enough! From booking to checkout, everything was wonderful. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. She even ordered a crockpot for the house, so we could enjoy game day! The house was well-maintained, very clean, with comfortable furniture and a well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again!
