Enjoy your lakefront vacation, staycation, workcation, girls' weekend, or guys' weekend on Lake Norman! Our home is located near the Trump National Golf Course, 15 miles to Davidson College, 35 miles to Lowes Motor Speedway. We are right off the main channel in a large deep cove. 2 Kayaks and floats are provided for your use. We have all the amenities you want in your ideal home-away-from-home: complimentary wireless internet access for your laptop or mobile devices, TVs, movies, DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy relaxing on our large screen porch (35ft x 13 ft) overlooking Lake Norman. The screen porch has a dining table for 6 plus a couch, chairs and coffee table. The home features an upgraded kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances, large island with 3 bar stools. On the main level, you will find the Primary Bedroom with queen bed and Bedroom #2 with bunkbeds and queen bed. The basement features a large recreation room with a pool table, foosball table, TV, Kids DVDs, movie theme posters & more. Bedroom #3 is located off of the rec room with 2 twin beds.

Bring your lake toys and enjoy our slice of paradise. Yoga mats are available upon request (please let us know at the time of booking). Rent a boat or jet ski from a local marina. We have a private pier and jet ski dock. The closest place to launch your boat is Hagers Creek Access Area. The address for the boat launch is 788 McKendree Rd off of Brawley School Rd.

One mature well trained Dog under 50lb is allowed, with a $135 nonrefundable pet fee paid at the time of booking. Please let us know the breed and weight of the dog. NO other pets allowed

Great Lake location, House was clean, Kitchen well stocked with necessities, Beds were comfortable, Only negative-the listing says two kayaks, but one had a broken seat & was unusable.

Scenic views, quiet setting

A very comfortable and charming home on the lake.This house had everything you need for an enjoyable time on the lake. The yard had a lot of space, the wrap around deck was great for morning coffee and just reminiscing about the day. The game room was an added bonus. Fully stocked kitchen and amenities.The host Bill and Jennifer were extremely helpful and answered any questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Nice lication

It was a nice place that more than fit our needs for a week. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Nice dock area that we were able to easily dock a 22’ pontoon at. The owners were very easy to communicate with and worked with us on issues that were my fault. We will look it up again in the future.

Loved the screened in porch!

We had a relaxing time during our short stay. The screened in porch was wonderful. The location was very peaceful and beautiful. We even had deer visit us each day. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfy. It was a bit difficult to dock the boat, not much space left at the dock during our stay.

Excellent House on the Lake!

The property owners have set up a perfect lake house for a family to enjoy! It had everything you would need in a great location. We appreciated the extra amenities and things left open for a family to use. They communicated up front and often throughout the vacation to attend to our needs. Thank you!!!

Perfect lake house for our family’s little getaway

My husband, children, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home!! It was perfect for our family! My husband and I could relax upstairs while the children played downstairs in the rec room or sat in the bedroom watching TV. The kids loved using the kayaks as well and fishing in the lake right behind the house. The house was beautifully decorated and so comfortable! It seemed to have pretty much everything we needed! Thank you for such a lovely stay!!

Terrific updated cottage on the shore

We had a quick weekend trip with our family. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood located on a quiet cove. The backyard is grassy and shady with a large dock. The home is older but the inside is completely updated kitchen, furniture, and decor. It was easy access for our boat and had a great day on the water. Owner was very responsive to questions, and the description is very accurate. Great place we would rent again!

Lake House

The house has a great wrap around deck, and the screened in area was an added bonus. There was a need to remove cobwebs and clean stains off of deck furniture. Comfortable house with adequate space and a very enjoyable downstairs entertainment room. Kitchen was a good size, but not very well stocked with reasonable quality cooking supplies. Needed additional flatware and glasses. Found a couple live and dead roaches in the kitchen cabinets. It was nice to have 3-4 Kayaks available for use, but all of the seats were missing or broken.

Great property on a quiet secluded cove on Lake Norman. Easily accessible to activities in Charlotte

The property is very nice. Awesome views from the large screened in porch, where we ate most of our meals. Having the kayaks available to use was a big bonus. The only negative-and the reason for only giving them 4 stars- was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Toothpaste spots on the faucets and in the sink, soap residue in the shower and long hairs in the drain. Maybe a new cleaning crew?
