In a prestigious building dell'700 our luxury apartment is located in the historic center of Rome just 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. It 'an apartment of 50 sqm with kitchen, dining area, large bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed, bathroom with anti bathroom that has two sinks and a large shower. Restored with quality materials, with hardwood floors, original ceilings with wooden beams. It is situated on the third floor without elevator, is equipped with all amenities, heating, air conditioning, Internet, 2 TV of which a 40 inch, toiletries and hair dryer and kitchen supplies, kettle, Nespresso machine, linens and towels.

The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
For check-in after 10 pm, a supplement of 25 euros is required in cash upon arrival.

Same day cancellation of our flight forced us to scramble for lodging. This property was available and we’re so glad it was. Joey met us at the apartment and was able to get us in early so we didn’t have to drag luggage all over the city. Great property, great location and first-rate service.

This beautiful, luxurious and serene apartment was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It is close to attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Borghese Gallery, yet is tucked away quiet and peaceful. The finishes create a luxury feel. We received great support and communication from Joey. Nice shops and cafes nearby. Highly recommend!

The perfect little spot

This place was so cute and we loved the location so much! It was in walking distance of great places! Joey was super helpful getting us a taxi from the airport, thank you so much!

We had a very nice stay at the Holiday House in Rome. It is right around the corner from the Spanish Steps and shopping. If you enjoy walking the neighborhoods you are within 25 minutes walk of all major tourist destinations. Joey was a great host and an excellent communicator. Enjoy with peace of mind.

Awesome Place!

Great home base for Rome! Much more spacious than a hotel! Nice neighborhood near 2 metro stops. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great location

My family and I stayed here while we were in Rome. It was a clean apartment located within walking distance of all the major attractions. We appreciated the amenities, especially the iron and coffee maker. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Three flight walk up for strength training

We were very comfortable in the space. So well located, close to amazing sights, metro, cafes, etc.

Great property!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s just as pictured and really clean and nice. Only thing to note, is if you are traveling with a good bit of luggage, this is not ideal as it’s on the 3rd floor and requires you to walk up/down 5-6 flights of stairs. Overall great property.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location!

From beginning to end our stay was wonderful! Joey and Carlo were very helpful and communicative! We’re were able to walk to most attractions. The apartment was beautifully appointed. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Apartment

Excellent location. Joey is fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. The street noise was nonexistent, which in Roma can be rare. Amazingly clean and well appointed.

Stylish, comfortable, convenient

The host was easily reached, gracious, incredibly helpful and efficient. The apartment was beautiful, fabulously decorated, clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—- quiet with a beautiful garden view but so close to everything.

Wonderful little apartment!

Joey contacted us before arrival, so he could be there when we checked in and carried my suitcase up all the stairs. It is a very large one bedroom apartment and the location is wonderful, right near the Spanish Steps. Very comfortable bed and shower. Lots of room to spread out, and the air conditioner worked great, for our siesta in the middle of the very hot day. We highly recommend this apartment.
