Great spot and one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Will definitely want to stay again when my travels bring me this way.

The cute apartment was perfect. The location was great. The host responded quickly to questions. There were not many questions as the information was great. The bed was spectacular. I have a bad shoulder and often cannot lay on that side but I woke up and had been sleeping on that shoulder with no pain or stiffness. I can find no negatives to the place and may go back there sometime.

My husband and I came to Buchanan for the Beaver Dam Farm Sunflower Festival and a very special "reveal" getaway. Communication with owner was amazing and very prompt. He gave explicit directions and helpful tips on all aspects of our stay, including: location for gps, parking, check-in/check-out process, entry codes, and wifi. He also provided a short video to help with check-in. Bed was KING size (linens provided)and I slept like a baby on the comfortable mattress. Towels and washcloths were also provided. Full Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash were provided as well. The industrial ceiling fans were very helpful cooling bedroom and sitting areas. The kitchen was immaculate and stocked with essentials. Coffee, filters, individual creamer and sugar packets were provided. A variety of snacks were in an organized tray that included instant oatmeal, salty and sweet snacks, and granola bars. I enjoyed the wall murals depicting what Buchanan has to offer; fishing, swinging bridge, tubing James River, and mountain music. The rustic architectural design is very appealing. As an added bonus, the property has historical ties to the Beaver Dam Farm (tomatoes) as a canning factory.We definitely recommend this place as a rental and plan to return again soon.

Fun and comfortable stay. We had everything we needed and a brewery right next door! Host was responsive with clear check-in instructions. Check -out was super easy too.
