Completely disinfected between stays for our guest’s safety.

A beautiful, large, modern, 1 bedroom – 1 bath Condo. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath. Perfect for 2 people or a single traveler. The bedroom has a large luxury king sized bed upgraded with soft cotton sheets and flat screen HD TV. The living room has an automatic gas fireplace, Flat screen smart HD TV and a comfortable sofa with queen sleeper. Perfect place for relaxing in front of the fire. Also included is free premium cable, blue ray DVD player, a speaker docking station and high-speed Wi-Fi. The sit out deck has a gas grill and patio set for two.

This is a corner unit with its own non-shared private walk-up. Three sides of windows make it open, bright and airy. It overlooks Sandstone Creek and, in the winter/summer you get lovely views of the ski slopes and surrounding mountains. The creek also gives the condo soothing, bubbling water sounds year-round. It’s one of the many features our guest enjoy!

Convenient location with the free Vail shuttle right up the steps from the complex. 4 minutes to the Lionshead pedestrian bridge and 7 minutes to Vail Village. 1 free designated parking spot. Coin operated laundry located in the complex. Other amenities, Ninja coffee bar machine, crock pot, rice cooker, bullet blender, electric kettle, dishwasher, ice maker, all new dishes and glassware, microwave, toaster, cookware, and all the utensils you would need.

The condo is stocked with the basics so you can thoroughly enjoy your stay and not run to the store.

Fantastic, comfortable condo and great location

We loved this condo! Location was fantastic, and everything was super comfortable. You could tell this was a home the owners value- so many nice touches, from a really comfortable bed to top of the line appliances, a lovely fireplace, and great amenities throughout. Our host was super responsive and kind- would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in many ski Vrbos and this one was the best so far. Everything was exactly described and the bed was so comfortable. We will definitely rebook when we visit Vail.

Lovely apartment

This is a very spacious and attractive apartment across the main road through Vail. The bed in the main room is very comfortable. It is easy to get to the ski runs on the free bus and a good option for those skiing from Vail Village or Lionshead.

Great Place in Vail

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it was great! The property was clean and so close to town we took the shuttle each day and had no issues. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Dina was quick with response about the parking.

Cozy condo with everything we needed

We had a wonderful stay here. We ended up driving to the lifts each day but, it wasn’t far at all. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the channel in the bedroom but didn’t bother calling.

The condo was clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay for a couple. The grocery stores and the attractions are close-by. I would recommend Dina's place to anyone visiting Vail area.

Great 1 bedroom in a perfect location!

Stayed the weekend for a baseball tournament with my son and found that the location was ideal to get around Vail. The unit was plenty big enough for the two of us and grilling on the deck, overlooking the river, was a delight.

Amazing Ski Condo in Vail

Dana's ski condo is amazing and very convenient to the lifts of Vail. The condo is well decorated, comfortable, and accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice meal. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beatuful stay at the slopes!

Excellent Place

I had a wonderful time in Brooktree- the apt was fabulous with a beautiful soothing creek next to it. Very comfortable with everything one could possibly need. Great location. Bed was awesome - even though Vail altitude was rough coming from Florida. Wonderful Host !! Look forward to staying again sometime.

Just perfect

This was our third stay in this condo and we look forward to next year. It is well located, quiet has everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Dina is easy to work with and very responsive. Every year there is a nice upgrade. We highly recommend this Brooktree condo!

Very comfortable place in Vail. Owners are nice and accommodating. Convenient to everything in Vail. Good for family with small kids. Only thing I would add would be a queen size blanket for the pull out sofa. We really enjoyed your place! Thank you!

Convenient and Clean

This condo had everything we needed for a clean, comfortable stay. We had a car rental and so this was not a big problem for us but the bus service to the Village was not an easy walk or convenient to get to from this property.

A Perfect Getaway

This well appointed 1 bedroom is ideally located within walking distance to Lionshead and Vail, but far enough away to remain peaceful. Sitting on the deck listening to the little stream is so relaxing. The unit is well stocked , clean, and Dina, the owner, is very accommodating. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful Place

The best part of this place is the mornings! Waking up and stepping into the balcony to listen to the birds and the water running down the creek starts your day in a very relaxing way. You know you are on vacation! The free transportation to Vail Village is another great amenity. The kitchen is well equipped. The place is very clean. Thank you Dina for making your place available. It was a great place to get away.

Comfy, warm and close to Lionshead

Very comfortable condo only a 10-15 walk from Lionshead itself which worked great for our ski hire and skiing. Can also catch the local bus from the same road direct to Vail and the supermarket if needed. Loved the fire which was a nice feeling when returning from a day on the slopes. Would recommend Local Joes at the end of the road for good pizza and beers and also Moes (good wings) and Bart & Yetis in Lionshead for an apres beer. Would of loved more channels on the tv (no sports at all!) if I was being really picky but we loved our stay here anyway.

Lots of good things to say about this condo!

Loved the location; convenient to shuttle to Vail Village, but also walkable to Lionshead with pedestrian bridge close by. Perfect size for us, family of three. Was clean, comfortable and well stocked, with grocery a short drive away. Absolutely loved the rushing stream out back, saw lots of birds including hummingbirds. Felt very much at home during our week long stay and hope to visit again. The only negative was that it took a full week to get our deposit back. Owner insists that VRBO controls this, but earlier this year another VRBO owner returned our deposit the same day we left.

Fantastic!

Perfect little condo for my wife and I for a week of skiing at Vail. Up to date. Balcony overlooking the creek was delightful. Gas fireplace was great. Used the propane grill multiple times. Do your best to pack enough clothing as the laundry room is in another building across the parking lot, but it’s only a dollar a load to wash. Free Vail bus to Vail Village and Gondola One was great (“Vail View” is the closest stop….take the stairs on the north side of the parking lot up to Vail View Drive). Dina, our hostess, was SUPER FAST on her responses and very helpful.

Close to Vail

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The place is impeccably clean. We had everything we needed. It's really a home away from home. It is very close to Vail Ski resort, less than 5-7 minutes by car. We also tried the public transportation which took us about 5-7 minutes to the bus stop and another 10-12 minutes to Vail. Locals really encourage you to take the public transportation which is super convenient. Just leave your boot bags and skis at the resort so you don't need to bring them back and forth. The walk to the Vail Village gets challenging when you're carrying heavy equipment. Dina was an excellent host, She responded right away when I had questions. She was very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this place! Thanks for our wonderful stay!

lovely condo, great location.

The location, about halfway between the West Vail shopping area and the central Vail freeway exit , is close to supermarkets, gas, the liquor store - in fact, all of one's daily necessities are nearby. Once the construction of the I-70 underpass (around a quarter mile east on N Frontage Road) is finished, accessing the area around Lionshead will also be super quick and easy. The condo is far enough from the freeway to be free of that traffic noise that is often a problem in Vail.. Personally, I find the location ideal. The condo is, in my experience (this was my second stay), very quiet. It has a little deck, more like a balcony, roomy enough for the gas grill (a very nice one, btw) and a couple of chairs, which overlooks a rushing mountain stream. The view out back, of forest and stream, is lovely, and, in the morning especially, the bird watching can be excellent. This, along with the constant sound of rushing water, is for me, what makes this condo special, though it's very nice in other ways as well: it's perfectly clean, comfortably furnished, and has a roomy, well-equipped kitchen. I have enjoyed both of my stays very much, and I look forward to returning next summer.

This was a great place to be during our time in Vail. Located close enough to get to all the fun.

After some initial difficulties with the door entry keypad system and the fireplace heater, all went beautifully well. The owners were very responsive and helpful and immediately available by phone. Our problem was not being able to decipher the bus system well enough to trust it to get places on time. However, the location was pretty with the snow and creek right outside the patio doors. It was close to groceries and other shopping yet seemed to be out in the country at the same time. We were able to drive to Lionshead and Vail Village easily. Parking seemed to be available best on weekdays. We did dinner at Game Cteek in the top of the mountain, a very different and grand experience. We snowmobiled and they picked us up and took us right up the mountain behind us! Well worth the money! The condo was comfy and warm and we were able to cook meals and sleep in comfort. We would suggest a bench near the front door to facilitate getting boots and clothing on and off without tracking wetness in wood floor. A dedicated plastic tray to hold the humidifier would be helpful, too. We just used one from the closet. The new humidifier arrived at the end of out stay so we only got use of it for a day. It is certainly something that helps your comfort level in the mountains and dry heat. Our time here was enjoyable and what we hoped it would be. The suggestions on the paperwork Dina provided helped us choose places to eat and things to do without wondering about how good of a value they were! Thanks!

My Husband and I love Vail. In 2012 we made our dream of owning a property in Vail come true (see our other listing) Soon after closing on the property we got engaged!!! We decided to rent our property to help pay for our wedding in La Paz, Bolivia. Our property rented so well...we were booked out of our own condo. So we decided to look for another.

We looked at so many properties all over Vail, (East and West) but we knew we wanted to be in the Sandstone area. It's the only neighborhood that overlooks the ski slopes. The bus rides are short, the stops are convenient and the views are to die for.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

When we saw this unit, I fell in love. It was so beautifully remodeled with high end finishes. A Bright and sunny, corner unit with it's own private walk up...no sharing of hallways and the noise that comes with it. Also, it over looks Sandstone Creek. The noise of the water is so soothing. All you hear is the rushing water....and I even saw a trout!
