This 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo was updated in March 2026 and is perfect for summer weddings or sport tournaments, romantic getaway or ski trips with family or friends. Situated on the first stop of the Vail free bus line, you are last to get on and first to get off, leaving you more time to spend enjoying the breathtaking scenery and avoiding the full bus route.

This unit is steps away from an on-site grocery and liquor store, with everything you need right at your fingertips. You will LOVE sitting by the wood-burning fireplace inside the unit, or step down the walkway to take advantage of the fantastic hot tub. (Both are perfect after a long day on the mountain!)

This unit is equipped with comfortable furnishings, including large sectional, king and dual bunkbeds in the bedroom. Relax with your family or friends while you enjoy the 55-inch smart TV or the smart tv in each bedroom..

The stylish dining area seats 7 comfortably, and any chef will feel right at home in the kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances.

The outdoor deck is complete with new patio furnishings, grill and storage bin. Smoking is PROHIBITED on deck.

I love using this condo for getaways with my 3 children. I updated it with the family traveler in mind and hope you enjoy a fantastic trip to this stunning mountain condo and relax while you take in the Colorado beauty. I hope it will be your home away from home while visiting.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Very quick easy access to the slopes, shops and etc. The place was clean, well organized and very comfortable. Thank You, Joel, for your hospitality! We will definitely look to stay there again!

Vail getaway

Our vacation rental was clean, comfortable and quiet. The view from our balcony was amazing during the night the stars were shining. Easy Access to vail village was great. Overall it was a wonderful stay for us.

We had a great experience with the condo. We stayed there on a ski trip with two couples. Was very easy to get to and from the mountain with the free bus. Condo was nice, clean and met all our needs.

Great stay!

The condo is perfect location. The bus is close by and there is a market that’s a three minute walk. The beds are comfy and great sheets and towels. Kitchen is well stocked. We also used the hot tub.

Father and Son Trip

The place was great! It had everything we needed for a father and son ski trip. Joel was awesome and very responsive on our questions giving us insider tips from where to find powder to figuring out the bus to Vail resort.

Good value, convenient location for Vail getaway

The property was adequate for our weekend stay, and the price was very competitive with similar vacation rentals in Vail. It was comfortable for 4 adult guests, and clean. The unit itself was pretty dated and could use some cosmetic TLC but for the price, it was workable for us. Host was very responsive to one minor question after check in.

Thanks for your stay and feedback! I purchased a expensive king size bed replacement for the master in summer 2021 with hopes of appeasing all types of sleepers but I guess it is a continuing challenge. Other guests have remarked at how comfortable it it!

Direct Mountain View! Nice condo. Comfy beds. Next to hiking trails. Good kitchen appliances and everything you need to cook. Having a market on premises was handy. Looks just like the pictures. Would stay again.

Father Son Vail Trip

Great, great condo for our trip. Pre check in information was perfect. Host was very quick to respond and helped make our first time to Vail great. Condo was as described and was excellent. Parking and bus routes easy and convenient. Grocery store was quick walk. Would definitely come back.

It's all Good

Quiet and private location in East Vail, and fairly easy walk to the bus station. Nothing fancy and could stand some updates, but the price is right for Vail. Overall, the property exceeded my expectations, and I'd visit again for sure.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was as described in the listing and photos. Beds were super comfy. Would love a dresser or two in the closets to store clothes. Not a huge deal, but would be a nice addition. All of Joel’s directions were easy to understand and we appreciated his quickness to respond when we had a question. Great place to stay in East Vail!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The place has a fantastic atmosphere and we enjoyed catching up with old friends here. The location is perfect. There is a wonderful view that you could sit and enjoy all day or hop on a bus to get into more of the hustle and bustle of Vail Village. The grocery/spirits store was super convenient. We all agreed hands down that we'd be back! Thanks Joel for all of your quick responses and helpful information.

Nice condo - convenient location

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was just a couple minute walk to the bus stop which took us right to the slopes. We had a question on the heat and Joel responded quickly and told us where the thermostat was to control the baseboard heat. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was closed while we were there but we were told this was an unusual circumstance.

Perfect for our Vail Ski Trip! Contemporary, clean, comfy, convenient (at bus stop)!

This was a beautiful property for my husband and son’s ski trip. They had a ski vacay to remember! Your place was perfect and very well appointed. Bus line was right there and made skiing excursions to vail a breeze! Last on bus and first off! Hot tub was much loved to rejuvenate ski legs. Top notch place with sought after, reasonable rates. Great Place to stay

Three of us stayed at this property for a long skiing weekend. We enjoyed the access to the hot tub, the proximity to the bus lines, and the fact that it's so close to the freeway. The location is great - staying in Vail Village would be extremely expensive. We were able to ski at Copper Mountain (20 minute drive) and Vail. Joel was responsive to one question we had at the hot tub. Some groceries are available onsite. Otherwise, Safeway is about a 10 minute car ride away. Clean home and the location is idea.

Rough

It was a rough start. The unit was dirty, hot and poorly maintained. We had high hop s that the pool and hot tub were would improve the experience but that didn’t happen. The hot tub was green and u usable. Once we settled in, it was tolerable. The beds we’re comfortable. It was located near the bus line. Being 4 miles outside of town made it feel a little remote.

Thank Bryan. Sorry for your experience. To clarify, the unit was cleaned prior to Bryan's arrival. Bryan alleges that the base board heaters were on. As a self described "property manager" he tried to turn them off and in the process moved a large sectional, which where he is referring to as being "dirty". The furniture has not been moved for some time and unfortunately it seems that some previous travelers belongings and dusty bunnies collected underneath. I will make a point of cleaning under the very large sectional from time to time. I spoke with Bryan to resolve the baseboard heater issue and he was very understanding. Regrettably, his visit was the days following labor day weekend and our property management was in the process of preparing the hot tub and pool for winterization. I'm sorry that that occurred during your visit, but the complex must get that work done during slow travel season prior to the upcoming ski months. I am not certain what the reference to the unit being "poorly maintained" but again Bryan is a "property manager" so probably looks at things from a different, more particular lens then the normal traveler..

My name is Joel, I outside of Denver and have owned this condo for 13 years. Short term rentals definite get a little beat up, so I was excited to remodel this unit in Spring of 2026. It was fun for me to pick materials and try to reach a very comfortable mountain retreat.

The location of the bus routes means vacationers do not have to sit on the full east vail loop, first off, last on. Additionally, the nearby grocery and liquor store means we rarely need to use our vehicles.
