Nice place - easy to find - very clean - lots of room - beds were comfortable - 3 bathrooms were awesome - lots of amenities close by - I would definitely stay again if I came with my family.

The house has s large living area that was more than enough space for the 6 of us. Each couple had their own bathroom, and we had a bedroom to spare. There are restaurants and shopping just a few minutes away.

The overall house was clean and tidy, and the communal spaces were big enough to fit my party of 8. I loved that we were all able to fit around the table for meals, and there was 3 FULL bathrooms, which for us women, was awesome. Unfortunately, there were definitely some areas that were lacking. The kitchen didn’t have some essentials that I thought it would (and personally needed), like measuring cups, a whisk, and colander/strainer. The bathrooms were also not as stocked as I thought they’d be. I, unfortunately don’t consider a giant 3 in 1 bottle of Suave as proper shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. And the watered down hand soaps in the upstairs bathrooms was disappointing. Some of the appliances were on the older side and rusty, but everything worked. The house was pretty warm when we arrived, so I had to reach out to the owner about the AC unit (see older appliance above) as we couldn’t get it to work, which it took a little while to hear back, but come to find out that the button on the unit sticks and you really have to apply pressure in this one specific spot to get it to move. All that being said, the neighborhood felt safe and the check in and out process was a breeze.

Everything was good. House was clean and comfortable. Our only recommendation would be to put something in the tubs so they are not so slippery. Thank you.

Fantastic house - clean, very well furnished. Excellent location - nice neighborhood. House is right across the street from a park, and close to food, gas station, and grocery store. The host also answered all questions promptly.(Side notes: I will confirm an earlier review - the pillows in the master bedroom may be more firm than what you might be expecting. Also, there are signs in the house identifying it as a no-shoes-in-the-house house.

We were looking forward to this property based on the photos. Upon arrival the landscaping was notably not cared for, front and back mostly weeds and the backyard was not like the pictures. The front door lock was a little tricky to figure out but a nonissue. Upon entering there was I would say aggressive signage taped to the wall about ‘preventing human trafficking’ as well as at the back door. There were also signs on the door going to the basement, the kitchen pantry and the garage that said no access. The master bedroom tub did not drain properly while showering, there was no blinds either so very bright and difficult to sleep. We were unable to adjust the thermostat up or down, it was quite warm, luckily there was a ceiling fan. I would suggest bring your own linens and pillows, the pillows were stained and honestly the master smelled of sweat. The living room is beautiful with a nice big TV we never used it however. The kitchen had what we needed though for 8 people the cutlery was limited. The property served its purpose but it needs love and the human trafficking signs were a little disturbing. I’m not sure if it was a way to justify having cameras in clear sight at the front and back of the house which honestly is another reason we didn’t use the backyard.

Appreciate your feedback. Human trafficking signs not to disturb any guest actually it’s requirement from the city Winnipeg . Outside security Camerae are for safety purposes and to make sure every guest is taken care off if they ahve any issue with entry code.

The property is conveniently located and easy to find. Near several restaurants, nightlife, and a gas station which was terrific. Host is very responsive - we had trouble with the passcode to get in but a quick email to our host resolved the problem. The property is bright and welcoming. There was a strange odor on the first floor which we quickly attributed to the garbage disposal and sink. Standing water in the dishwasher was likely the culprit. We washed a few dishes and ran the dishwasher without anything in it and that helped tremendously…wish we would have done that right away. Great area to watch tv and a nice table to play cards at. Beds and pillows are very firm which isn’t to my liking but worked fine for others.
