Built in 1917 and ideally located just a few minutes walk from River Street, our Lucky Lincoln Condo comfortably accommodates four guests. You’ll have the convenience of a downtown hotel with double the space!

The home is uncluttered and modern, while retaining tons of historic charm including the original heart pine floors, crown molding, and ornamental fireplaces. The open floor plan is bright, cheerful and tastefully appointed with cozy furnishings and photos from the surrounding Historic District. The spacious living room has plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for finally watching that movie you’ve been meaning to see. The living room opens to the dining room, which has seating for four. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, including a breakfast bar, and is fully equipped so you can enjoy a home cooked meal.

The bedrooms are down the hall, where you’ll also find the shared full bathroom with a pedestal sink. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed with a writing desk and closet. The second bedroom has a King bed with a rattan woven headboard.

This home is ideally located within a short walk to many of Savannah’s historic points-of-interest and incredible selection of dining options. Around the corner from the cutest gift shops - Salacia Salts' gift shop with Savannah-artist made gifts owned by Savannah's entrepreneur of the year (2019), Cup2Cup Coffee for a cup of joe, and Savannah's best thai restaurant (PJ's Thai). You’ll be well situated to explore Savannah’s rich history with the Owens Thomas House and the Davenport House Museum both just a block away.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location- needs a good deep cleaning and electrical outlets are scary-with gaps between the wall and the plates- would definitely recommend some TLC to make this place more homey.

Great Space & Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the unit was great. It's located in a quiet location blocks from great dining and River street and is well maintained. The only issues we had were that the unit struggled to get warm and the internet was not stable. We went at the end of a cold stretch and the unit was cold upon arrival. It took 8 hours to get to room temperature and even afterwards, it struggled to stay. The heating element wasn't generating heat throughout the night, so it was rather chilly. The internet drops in/out. This is problematic since all the TV's use Roku devices. Good thing we were only in the unit to sleep.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great little apartment and was located in a. Nice quiet spot yet was so close to everything. Highly recommended it for a girls weekend. My only complaints were that it smelled so much of bleach when we got there (although it was nice to know it was freshly cleaned) and we could not open any windows. So we opened the front and back door to air it out. Would be nice to be able to open the front windows at least to let in some beautiful savannah breezes in the fall.

Disappointed

Management company was not easy to work with. The AC in this place went out and had to move places. New place was dirty and not kept up. Left a day earlier because of all the problems

Wonderful location in Historic Savannah

Location great for walking around. So much to see in Savannah. Not easy to find a corner store for staple food items but easy enough to find breakfast places and dining out in the evenings. Little things could have been checked before our arrival - several light bulbs were not working! Overall good rating.

Great location

This was a great location. We didn’t rent a car and didn’t need one. We were able to walk everywhere. Only inconvenience was access to a grocery store. We just walked there and took the trolley back. The unit is not as bright as pictured, but well maintained.

Great Location

Overall, nice stay at property. The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Location was walking distance to almost everywhere we went to over the weekend. The actual condo is much darker than the pictures in the listing and bathroom, barndoor can be finicky to open and close, and wifi was slow and unusable at the time.

Great town and nice place to stay

Comfy little spot

Wonderful little place! Very comfortable and the location is perfect. Quiet at night but close to everything. Furniture and beds were comfortable, plenty of utensils for cooking, washer and dryer was convenient, everything worked well. Safe and charming place.

Savannah getaway

Property was just okay. The pictures posted were with full lighting. Found it to be darker and a little less inviting once on site. Good location with everything in walking distance. Didn’t have all the things other locations provide. Things like paper products, full amount of dishes, extra bedding, etc.

We are out a lot, we were there on vacation, but had we not planned to do that, the one qualm I would have is that the kitchen is quite poorly stocked with basic items such as dishes, glasses,etc. If you remedy this then you have a perfect spot to stay while exploring the beautiful city of Savannah.

It is in a quiet area, walking distance to the river, restaurants and shopping, and right across the street from the best tavern in Savannah (17Hundred90). A parking spot was typically open across from the front door if not, the parking garage is a 5 minute walk.

Great spot in a great city

On street parking but never had an issue finding a spot nearby and super easy to handle with the app. Great charm to the place will be back.
