Welcome to your new home away from home - a brand new, designer 4-story townhome, nestled in the heart of Downtown Largo, just 8 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach, and 20 minutes from vibrant Downtown St. Pete. Whether you're craving sun-soaked days, rooftop sunsets, or a peaceful place to unwind, this modern oasis has everything you need - and everything you didn't know you needed - for a truly unforgettable Florida escape.

The project is scheduled out per each beachfront city and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Ground Floor
Garage: 2-car garage with an EV charging station.
Foyer: Ground floor elevator that reaches all four floors
Second Floor
Kitchen: Massive kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, sink, a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, and a blender. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided.
Dining Area: Large dining table with 4 dining chairs and a bench for 2.
Living Room: Spacious living area with a large sofa, loveseat, 75" Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and board games.
Bathroom #1: Sink, toilet, and standing shower. No tub.
Office: Two 21" iMac monitors, a printer, and an Amazon speaker system.
Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and counter space with a sink.
Third Floor
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, end tables with lamps, a dresser, a ceiling fan, a full-length mirror, a smart TV, a large walk-in closet, and a massive en-suite bathroom
Bathroom #2 (En-suite): Massive double vanity sink with vanity cabinet, a water closet, and beautifully tiled standing shower with a bench. No tub.
Bedroom #2: A Queen-size bed, end tables with lamps, a ceiling fan, closet space, a Smart TV, closet space, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #3 (En-suite): Single vanity sink, toilet, and shower/tub combination.
Fourth Floor Rooftop
Roof Top Patio: Plenty of seating, a fire pit, a 55" Smart TV, a cold plunge, a cornhole game, mini-golf, a gas grill, and outdoor dining.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: The property can fit 2 vehicles in the garage. Street parking is available.
