Check in and check out were simple! Property was clean and private. Pool was clean, and access to ocean/beach was beautiful. We requested a fan, and a staff member was more than happy to assist and bring one over to us. Perfect little unit for two of us. Parking was great as well. Host also communicated well in advance what to expect and what was included vs not included. Belleair area was quiet and clean, definitely recommend staying here. The unit was amazing, pool and beach were wonderful, quiet and private while still close to a lot of local restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back one day!

It was a great place to stay! Literally steps from the beach! It was a private area so it wasnt crowded at all! Parking free & close - some spots were even covered parking. The host responds quickly & made the check-in process very easy. The property outside was kept up well & had a nice pool. Our condo was nice & just as described with everything we needed. Would definitely go back again!

It was a great place and beach. Only complaint was the couch in living area. It was difficult to get off of since we're in our 70s. Everything else was great and especially communication.

Excellent location

Condo exactly as described. It’s a small unit, perfect for 2 with everything we needed for our stay. The location is steps to the sand, which is the most important thing to me! Very smooth transaction.

Clean & comfy

Excellent communication with Antoni. The place was very clean & had a full kitchen and all we needed for the week. It is perfect for two. ( even has a sofa bed if you have a child.) There is a small heated pool and is located right on the beach. Very private - away from all the crowd of nearby beaches.

Hidden gem

Very happy with location. The beach is so close. Perfectly convenient. We will be back. My only complaint is the curtains in our unit were too dark. The small space needs light. There were no coffee mugs we went to goodwill and bought 4 and left them. Need more than two utensils. And a larger frying pan

The listing for your property is misleading. There is no beach view.. there is also no cable or satellite as listed in the amenities. There are large drapes, which is OK for blocking the hot sun, but there’s no blinds which would be a lot nicer than having to keep the curtains shut the entire time.. the unit is in the corner on the bottom floor next to the stairs and the cleaning staffs work area. You don’t want to keep the windows or blinds open as everybody coming down the stairs or walking to the garage parking lot area would see right into your unit. They need to put blinds into allow for better light access into the room without having to use the curtains or privacy.. This is a former hotel room modified into a very small two room unit with a kitchen comfort Inn or similar motels hotels have larger rooms.. It is right on the beach so that’s the one nice feature.
