Everything as described!

This condo was everything we expected it would be. It had a huge living area which made it super comfortable to hang out. It was close to all of the shops and restaurants but far enough away that it wasn’t a high traffic area. It was clean and felt safe. The only downside was the thin floors and walls. We could hear everything happening above us but overall we would stay again.

Great stay!

The property is clean and well-maintained. It had everything we needed (especially in the kitchen), and all of the directions were very clear. We felt safe, and we would definitely stay again!

Great Location

The townhouse was very nice and has all of the staples that you need for a vacation and is located within walking distance of all of the shops on the strip. We all enjoyed our stay!

Family Weekend

We had a great time visiting with family. Staying in this condo made it even more enjoyable. It was very clean. There was more than enough room for all of us. We were close enough to downtown Traverse City that we could walk everywhere. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the property manager, John, answered all of my questions very quickly. We will definitely stay here again!

Traverse City Visit

The booking, check-in and communication with the owners was great and easy. They were accommodating and let us know we could check in earlier than planned which worked out perfectly. The condo was roomy enough for my husband and I, but also great when we hosted family members for dinner two of the nights (7 people total). The location is convenient to the downtown area. We walked downtown two different times and it was no more than a 10 minute walk. What I did not like about the location was how close it was to the street. The street was busy well after midnight and cars turning onto Hope St their headlights would come directly into the bedroom. This started in the morning too with people going to work. The most unpleasant thing about our stay were the people in the condo above us. They were very noisy - seemed they were always dropping or banging something and constantly walking heavily back and forth (like they always wore heavy shoes). This was in the mornings and evenings until well after midnight our entire stay. The only other thing was one of the days the city turned off the water as they were working in the street, but they provided notice providing the timeframe, but the water wasn't off as long as they had anticipated and no fault of the owners. The condo was equipped with all the necessary needs. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and the condo allowed us to do what we wanted to when renting which was to visit with family members who live in Traverse City.

QUICK WEEKEND GETAWAY

We traveled with friends who had never been to TC. We had fun showing them around. We wished we could stay longer. The condo was great, and a perfect location for walking to town.

Family wedding

The condo was perfect location to walk to everything! It was clean and comfortable. We were staying with our son and daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. They had toys and games for children and family. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and great space.

Easy walk to everything. The space was great for us with 3 young children. We particularly appreciated the toys in the condo, playground across the street and short walk to clinch beach/park. Hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
