The home location and living spaces were perfect for our stay. It was clean, had a beautiful media room with comfortable theater recliners and a large screen TV. It is located in a clean family orientated community just off a beautiful golf course. You can tell that the host/owner has, and is still, upgrading many features of the home. The only minor items that require attention are some of the functional aspects of the home. There weren't sufficient dish towels and cookware, the coffee maker didn't work, and the master bathroom toilet kept running. We had to remove the tank lid and pull up on the float cylinder after every flush. There was also an extremely loud false fire alarm that went off for about 5 minutes at 2:00am one night. But those are all minor issues that I'm sure will be easily remediated now that the host is aware. I would recommend this home as an acceptable property, meeting the needs of a family stay.

The house was amazing. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The grill was broken so we had to cook indoors. The kitchen needed supplies such as hand towels, dish rags, silverware and newer pans. Kids didn't get to swim because the card didn't work to get in. 😔

This had to be one of the nicest homes and the most antentive and responsive hosts that I’ve ever used. The house was beautiful and stunning. Our son was getting married at the Grande Victorian venue in Monroe, and we wanted to find a place that was nearby for our family to stay for a few days as we prepared for the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and wedding itself. The home is less than 10 minutes away.The pictures of this home represented a highly upscale property with amazing amenities and a very reasonable price. When we arrived, the house was exactly as the pictures and description described, if not even more amazing. The one issue we encountered was not being able to locate the remote control for a TV. I messaged the host after looking everywhere that it might be, and she resolved that issue immediately. We had a brand new remote delivered right away. If Jennifer has any other properties on VRBO, I would look for those properties before anything else. My wife is very conscientious and particular about the cleanliness of the rental properties we use. She gave this home a five star rating, as did I. If you have any needs for a rental home anywhere near Monroe, NC, this is the property you and your family want! Thank you, Jennifer, for your incredible home and for being the most amazing host.

The property was very clean, the host very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly when we had questions. We will definitely stay in this property again.

The property was clean and decorated nicely. Plenty of space. However, the towels were sparse and of poor quality. Also, the kitchen was terrible. The oven was filthy, no usable pots, and utensils were random and scarce. All the pots were old, scratched, and stained. Other than that everything else was good.
