We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo in the Colbert Hills area of Manhattan. We came out to golf my husband’s favorite course, and so the location for us was extremely convenient, and the drive up into the hills was absolutely beautiful. It was a 15-20 minute drive into downtown Manhattan, so super convenient! Our hosts were incredibly responsive when we had a very minor issue with the coffee maker, and had it replaced extremely quickly. Our group of five (four adults, one baby), found the accommodations very comfortable. We will for sure be back as Manhattan is one of our favorite places and now we have found a new place to stay!

Little Apple Luxe sits way up in the rolling hills of Northeast Kansas. It's green all around and just beautiful to see. The property is part of a larger structure and it enjoys an end location. Plenty of room to park. There are many windows so there is lots of natural light. There are two bedrooms with full baths upstairs and kitchen, living space and garage on lower level. There is an island between the kitchen and living area with chairs for sitting around or eating. It has smart TVs in each bedroom and downstairs in the living area. There is a grocery (Dillons) a short drive away, and plenty of nice restaurants all over Manhattan. We didn't play golf but the Colbert links are nearby. It would be a fine place to stay for a KSU football game. You can hop on Kimble and be at the stadium in a few minutes. Host Kendra was a close as need be and responded to any questions or issues. We had none. It made us feel right at "home". We enjoyed our stay.

What we enjoy most is the calm: it feels like a getaway, yet everything Manhattan has to offer is a short drive away.
