We enjoyed our stay so much! The property is absolutely gorgeous, even better than the photos. The house felt spacious but cozy. Although it’s not walkable, we loved how convenient the location was to beaches/restaurants. My only critiques would be to include some shelf stable cooking items, such as oil, salt, spices, etc. We were traveling with our daughter who is a toddler, and it would’ve been helpful for them to offer a pack n play and more baby friendly items rather than having to rent everything. I did mention this and they offered to get a pack n play after the fact, so I do appreciate that. Other than having a few more kitchen amenities and some baby items, we have no complaints!

The house and property were beautiful and perfectly maintained. Quiet neighborhood, conveniently located. Property management was quick to respond to inquiries.

We loved the delightful Summerland home, and enjoyed every minute of our 4 day stay. The house is beautiful, sparkling clean, and has great amenities. Bluewater's directions were easy to follow, and a Bluewater agent responded immediately when we had questions about the gate code. The swimming pool and spa heated up quickly and were a big favorite with our grandkids!

We had an amazing stay at this La Jolla home. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were a huge highlight for our family and got used every day. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to cook meals, and the beds were very comfortable so everyone slept great. We also loved the fireplace on the cooler nights—it made the house feel extra cozy.We really appreciated the welcome bag with snacks, drinks, and wine—it made our arrival feel special and set the tone for a great week.Our only small suggestion would be to take a look at the gate, as the door can be a little finicky at times.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and truly felt like we got to experience Southern California like locals. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
