This was the perfect place for a 2 family vacation. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. We sat around the fire almost every night. The duplex was very clean and we felt right at home the minute we arrived. We would definitely stay again.

The place was nice and very close to the beach the beach gear was great to have! Unfortunately our trip cut short due to hurricane Isaias coming Katy did reached out about our safety and did give me a partial refund as we left early. We appreciated that! Would definitely come back again!

Cannot begin to express how wonderful our stay was at Sunnyside Up. The house was extremely clean and was in the perfect location. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating.

Literally steps from public beach access and all of the exciting Gulf Shores activities. The hosts were great and super helpful whenever we reached out. The patio area was actually usable and comfortable we spent a lot of time in the hammock. It was an excellent vacation!

Katy & Brent have a phenomenal property that is close to everything. Communication was great. They randomly checked throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Spoke with Brent while he was at the property to take trash bins out & he gave some great advice on restaurants. Will definitely book with them again for future stays.

Our trip was absolutely a dream and largely because of our rental! The property was perfectly clean, looked exactly like the photos, the best location, and had enough room for me and my friends. The hosts were excellent in communication and even brought us extra chairs on our first day. Couldn’t have had a better trip and are so thankful they let us rent their property! Would love to rebook in the future and will recommend.
