New studio room in Werri Beach. Great location, one street off the beach and an easy stroll to Bowling Club and iconic Werri Beach Fish & Chips. Perfect for couples with option of single roll-away bed for a third person. Includes kitchenette, lounge, dining and ensuite.

This newly constructed private studio in the heart of Werri Beach is perfect for couples looking to experience the South Coast. The studio is attached to the main house, however, it has a separate entry and guests will be given absolute privacy during their stay.

The studio contains a queen bed, 2-seater lounge, TV, ensuite bathroom, wardrobe and kitchenette.

The kitchenette contains cutlery, crockery and glassware, kettle, toaster, sandwich press and small refrigerator.

Free parking is available on the street.

Would stay again limited parking near property no decent heating only plugin oil heater(small for big room ). Noisey on Sunday night kids running around dreaming from 6.30-8.30 very thin walls

Comfortable and clean
We had a very pleasant stay in this large studio apartment. It was modern, super clean and had all the little extras to make it comfortable eg shampoo, toilet paper, tea/coffee, milk, chocolates and even cereal. Communication was prompt and clear. Location great as a base for exploring the local area with easy access to eating venues. I recommend.

Retreat by the sea
Great place with generous hosts. Walking distance to beach and lagoon. Visited Bombo headland and Bonaira native gardens both features nearby Gerringong. Enjoyed swimming in the ocean pool several days over our stay. A very pleasant experience.

Lovely apartment
We enjoyed our 4 day stay in this apartment only one street away from thr Beach and walking distance to the town centre of Gerringong. Special attention to details like chocolates , real milk in the fridge and a good selection of teas. It was very clean, modern and with a private entry with a beautiful smell from the flowering port wine magnolia wafting in through the front window. We would definitely stay again . Wonderful hosts.

Lovely stylish, comfy and well thought through space. Everything we needed. Chocolates a nice touch! The only thing I could say as a negative is that if you like a sleep in, the frosted glass door meant that the light coming through wakes you at daybreak - a blind of some sort would be a good idea

Lovely stay
We were looking for a beautiful room to chill out in and this delivered. Spacious, well decorated, clean and with a large bathroom better than you'd find in your average hotel. Lots of nice little touches like snacks, reading material, fragrance sticks. Netflix too. Small fridge, toaster, sandwich press, cutlery, coffee/tea all provided. Read up on how to use a sandwich press if you're unfamiliar with it, as there is no microwave or hotplate/oven. Lots of cafes within walking distance. The room is on one side of the house, and the house is within a quiet suburban setting within walking distance of the beach. You can't see the beach from the house, but you will rewarded with a lovely stretch of coastline once you do the short walk. You will have all the privacy you want. Overall, it was a beautiful stay.

Great stay for a short getaway
1. The check in process was easy and contactless 2. Communication with host via message was good as they responded fairly quickly when there's any questions, issues or problems 3. The place was very clean, warm and cosy. 4. Space was perfect for 3 people to stay 5. Great location as it was very close to the beach. Fish and chips Cafe nearby was the best in the area. 6.
