The house was perfect for our family vacation. It fit 2 families comfortably. The beds were comfortable. We hardly left the house between the backyard being beautiful, the arcade room and the spacious space. It was perfect! Also, at a great location.

House was clean. Check in and check out were very easy. We didn’t use the pool much because the weather was cooler and it was a little pricey to use the pool heater. We would’ve used the hot tub, but it didn’t work. Water in it was cold with some dirt/sediment in it, and a discarded earring on the bottom. I checked, and It had tripped the circuit breaker. Every time I would reset the breaker, it would trip it again almost immediately. One of the full sized video games in the game room would turn on, but none of the buttons/controls worked.I contacted management and they were very responsive to my texts. They said a maintenance person would be over to take a look at both problems, but that person never came.Otherwise, nice home, can see mountains from back yard. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, close to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Thank you for the detailed and patient rundown. A maintenance visit promised but never made isn't acceptable, and we've escalated that follow through failure, along with the hot tub electrical issue and arcade controls, to our team. Glad the home itself, mountain views, and quiet setting still delivered. We'd welcome the chance to show you a stay where everything works!

Overall great house and great host. House is in great shape, new, very clean. Comfy beds. Kitchen had everything you could need. Game room was fun. Pool was very nice. Lots of towels. Hot tub had a fault on day two and was not usable. The house has all of the little things you don't think of needing but come in very handy when you do. Would definitely visit again.

It’s great to hear those “little things” made your stay even more convenient—that’s exactly what we aim for. We do apologize for the issue with the hot tub on day two and understand how disappointing that can be. Our 1st family vacation in awhile. Perfect for ages 5 to 67. We had game days that included pool games so we didn’t have to leave. Close to hiking and grocery store. Very clean and everything you need. Traffic was noisy all the time. School next door so traffic & kid congestion. Pool light out so couldn’t evening swim and hot tub gfi had tripped before we got there so didn’t use either. But we still had a great time.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear the home worked well for your family vacation and that guests of all ages were able to enjoy the space together. It’s great that the pool games, nearby hiking, and convenient access to the grocery store helped make the trip fun and easy. We also appreciate you bringing the pool light and hot tub GFI to our attention so our team can review and address those items. Thank you as well for noting the surrounding traffic—it's a helpful context for future guests. We're happy to hear you still had a great time overall and appreciate you choosing to stay with us. We hope to have the opportunity to host your family again in the future!

We booked this place for a couples’ getaway and were blown away! The home was spotless, stylish, and better than the photos. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the jacuzzi under the stars was pure relaxation. We spent our days lounging by the pool, and took some short walks on the nearby canal trails. Although the kitchen was fully stocked, we really only used it for snacking. We walked two minutes to Vecina, a latin america restaurant . . . amazing food! Everything felt private and peaceful, yet close to Old Town and other shopping. You can tell the hosts really care, every detail was perfect. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back with the kids and let them hang out in the cool game room!

Very nice place! Great location, very clean, well maintained, host was very responsive! Only disappointment was the hot tub was not working when we arrived Wednesday. And they did start working on it right away, but it was not able to be used until later Friday night. We were attending a wedding Friday night and checked out Sunday morning so only had 1 day to use the hot tub. I appreciated their communication to let us know they were working on it and I appreciated their persistency in getting it resolved, but that was a major reason we chose this property - our group ranged in ages from 3-74 and we wanted something everyone could enjoy. The older people in our group would have preferred much more hot tub time than they were allowed. I understand things happen and they did their best, but some form of reimbursement would have been fair considering it was out of use majority of our stay. However, the hot tub was fixed and everything else was awesome!! Despite the challenges with the hot tub, I would stay there again and trust they would take care of any issues at all! We had a great time in AZ and loved our stay!

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home overall, the location, cleanliness, and that our team was responsive throughout your stay. We’re truly sorry the hot tub was unavailable for most of your visit, especially since it was an important amenity for your group. We understand how disappointing that must have been, and we appreciate your patience while it was being repaired. Your feedback about timing and expectations is very helpful, and we’ll share it with our team as we continue to improve both maintenance response and guest communication. We’re really glad you still had a great time in Arizona and would consider staying again. We’d love the opportunity to host you for a smoother, fully enjoyable experience next time.

We had an amazing time at this property on our short trip. Everything was spotless and well cared for, which immediately made us feel at home. The bed was incredible - gave us the best sleep we’ve had on a trip away from home in a long time. And the location couldn’t be better. The paved canal trail that takes you to Old Town Scottsdale, Biltmore and Tempe Town Lake, is just a half block up from the property. We enjoyed a dinner in Old Town just a few minutes away and enjoyed another dinner on the outdoor kitchen, even made pancakes, eggs and bacon on it the next morning! We weren't aware the property had a game room when we booked it - another great surprise. Kind of a short trip so not much pool time but the pool and backyard are just as nice as shown on the listing. We loved the themed pictures throughout the home. We can’t recommend this place enough, best short term rental we've stayed in, especially considering the price we paid. We’ll definitely be coming back!PS. We didn't get a chance to hike Camelback but enjoyed the view while sipping on our morning coffee.

The house was perfect for us and our young adult kids. It was well equipped and the pool area was wonderful. If you are booking for the game room - don’t book based on this! One game did not work at all, one was not level so not playable so that was disappointed. Texted the local host and really didn’t get a response. When we pulled up to house at arrival, we were greeted by a “for sale” sign, and we were not all that thrilled with that. But overall it was a great stay the house, clean, great living spaces and was perfect for our needs.

We're so glad the house was such a great fit for you and your young adult kids, and that the well-equipped spaces and pool area made for a great stay! We do want to apologize for the game room not living up to expectations—a broken game and an unlevel table are frustrating, especially when that's part of the draw, and we're sorry the local host didn't get back to you. We've shared all of that with our team, along with your note about the for-sale sign greeting you at arrival, so we can do better. Thanks for the honest feedback alongside the kind words, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime!
