This 900 square foot romantic cottage unit snuggled in amongst three acres of old growth oaks, Spanish moss and cabbage palms. Walking distance to downtown Sebastian-an adorable little fishing town. A perfect getaway for 2 to enjoy the pleasures of the Treasure Coast.

Totally renovated in 2011, brand new kitchen and bath with granite counter tops, tile floors and all appliances. Master bedroom has a King size bed.

Perfect hidden gem!

This cottage is tucked away from the road and sits on a beautiful property. It is a quiet piece of paradise. Bill is a wonderful host. Very kind and gracious. It was a wonderful stay!

"Old Florida" hideway

Great location close to everything in area but secluded in the woodsy property. Host was congenial and helpful with any needs. Nice place for a private couple's getaway.

Laid back, secluded but close to fun

We are familiar with Sebastian so we noticed right away what a good location Bill’s place is. Walk or very short drive to restaurants, river walk, park. Set back from road by a sandy driveway through the woods (palms, oaks with Spanish moss, air plants). Patio with long lawn view. Thanks Bill! 👍🏼

Peacock cottage

Love the cottage, great view out the living room sliding glass doors. Host was very friendly and accept modating.

A very special place

We were looking for a sort of ‘hide away’ for New Years- one near a beautiful but not too crowded beach, in a low key town that had a sense of romance. All of this we found with Bill’s property which is beautifully maintained, quiet, and like a hidden gem. Bill was always helpful and provided us with all the information and suggestions we needed for a great stay. Thanks Bill.

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay at bills home the scenery was beautiful beaches were close nice restaurants in area and Vero beach which is close bill help us alot and was very kind we will go back when we are visiting Florida again

Wonderful again this year!

The view from the patio is so peaceful and relaxing. My husband loves to sit outside and work on his tan. Bill Clark couldn't be nicer or more helpful. We plan to come back next year. ~Sharon Gilbert

This is a unique place!

We enjoyed this nicely appointed cottage, especially the view from the living room. The peacocks are a real treat when they show up. Beautiful birds! And Bill Clark is a very accommodating landlord who takes real joy in his place. ~Sharon and Tim

With Peacocks too+++

My wife and I stayed for a month in the Peacock cottage. Perfect for us with one bedroom. The Cottage looked out on beautiful natural grounds. The patio is shaded by a large palm - the best place to sit out to enjoy the sun and cool breezes. Bill, the owner, became more of a friend. We will return for six weeks next year.

Just Perfect

We love Sebastian and Peacock Cottage was a lovely treat. The location is central to everything Sebastian has to offer. The river, beach, parks, and wildlife refuges are all close by. The cottage was cozy, comfortable, and well equipped. Bill was easy to work with and available if you had questions. I look forward to returning in the future.

Potentially so nice...but

Peacock Cottage is a charming. small cottage. It has a nicekitchen and a comfortable bedroom and living room, and an excellent shower in the bathroom. It is set in beautiful grounds, but unfortunately it is not permitted to use the grounds (other than the patio outside the cottage) as they are reserved for the renters of a larger property in the grounds. So you can sit on the patio and see glimpses of water front, but you cannot go near the water front. There are three peacocks living in the grounds, all male. They are beautiful but noisy especially in the early morning or when one of the several freight trains passes, sounding its horn six or seven times, which happens both day and night. We were pretty comfortable there, though towards the end of our stay the air conditioner failed, leading us to leave before the end of our rental but I believe a new unit has now been installed.

Peacock Cottage

A quiet, quirky cottage with lots of personality: highlights include an excellent king-sized bed, blackout shades in the bedroom and a water view. Cottage is well equipped for cooking, but it is within walking distance of several restaurants and there is a grocery store within a few miles. You will be entertained by the resident peacocks and visiting wildlife. Owner Bill is friendly and offers great advice on local activities.J
