Quick response from the property manager. Very clean home. Plenty of room to spread out & relax. Location is quiet, close to the beach. Comfortable beds & plenty of bathrooms. Having access to bicycles was nice too. The maintenance man was very friendly & helpful. Will book here again.

Perfect beach vacation!

Everything was exactly as pictured! Perfect 3 minute walk to the beach (which was not crowded whatsoever). It was the perfect beach getaway house!

Beautiful and spacious

We were further from the beach than expected but could still hear the waves. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area and especially the porch!

This property looks exactly like the pictures. Plenty of room, clean, well stocked kitchen & very quiet. Beds are comfortable & it has a nice gas grill in the screened in area. The sunrises are wonderful from the front porch with a big cup of coffee! We had a couple little issues including a clogged shower & an odd smell, but they sent someone over within 30 minutes and it was taken care of. Lots of beach equipment in the garage that has been left behind which was nice. There were a few bikes to use, but they need some work so we weren’t able to use them. The beach is beautiful and not busy whatsoever, but very rocky- not a beach for surfing or anything like that. The walk is a little more than I was thinking from the pictures, but there is parking closer with a bathroom & shower so we used that some of the time. We ended up finding a different beach for the kids that wasn’t so rocky. Also- if you want a toaster, pack one. There is no toaster in the house. We also found an awesome ice cream shop called twisters about 10 minutes up the road- AWESOME staff & so yummy!! All in all, we would definitely recommend this house to family’s with or without kids. We will definitely keep this one in mind if we visit the area again!

Thank you for the five-star review for Ocean Vista Paradise! Glad the home matched the photos and that you found it roomy, clean, quiet, and well stocked. Happy the beds, screened-in gas grill, and front-porch sunrises added to your stay. I’m also glad maintenance was able to respond quickly to the clogged shower and smell. Appreciate the notes about the beach — it can be rocky and is a bit farther of a walk than the pictures suggest; good that the closer parking with restroom/shower was useful. Thanks for mentioning the bikes and the missing toaster — we will have maintenance inspect and address those items. Great tip about Twisters — glad you enjoyed it. We appreciate you recommending the house to families and hope to host you again on a future visit.

Short Getaway

We had a great time. The property is super clean, and in the perfect location. Just a few steps from the beach. Our boys loved riding bikes back and forth to the beach.

Lovely place

Great stay only 2 complaints were that the 4 beds were trundle beds more suited for kids and that there was no door/separation from downstairs living area and upstairs sleeping quarters.... could hear everything

Amazing home!

Johanna was amazing throughout the entire process, the property manager helped with the entire process and did everything she could to get my car situation settled. The house was amazingly and I cannot wait to go back again.

I knew the property location well but the rental was even better than expected! The house is very inviting, the property manager very helpful, and the view spectacular!
