Property was excellently located with the beach and dining spots just a couple of minutes walk either way. The living area was spacious and the house was clean and inviting.

Everything about the house was as described. It was one of the cleanest houses we have ever rented. The location was great. The beds were comfortable. It was a very short walk to the beach and close to St. Augustine.

This home is exactly as described. Close to the bea h is an understatement, I have walked farther in a grocery store to buy milk than to get to the beach. Great food and treats also near by. Fantastic place to stay, a mini resort without the crowds.

Great place

We really enjoyed this for our spring break. We go to St Augustine at some time every year and will definitely try to stay here again.

Perfect location for us beach bums and less than 10 minutes to the Amp! House was spotless and exactly as described, except that the listing said we could hang out in the garage but then we were told guests do not have access to it. No biggy but a little misleading. Management company was extremely prompt to respond to our text when we couldn't get in (user error, not an issue with the house). The ocean view from the patio was better than expected and we walked to the beach with our coffee every morning. We'll be back!

Great Place!

This property is very clean, well thought out and convenient. The location is perfect for anything you're looking to around the beach area, or downtown.

Great family beach week

The house was ideally situated near the beach and a short trip from downtown. We really enjoyed our stay at St. Augustine beach.

Amazing location

The house was steps from the ocean, restaurants, quick drive from downtown, we really enjoyed staying there!!!That was our baby's first ocean/sand experience, she loved every second of it!

Perfect for our getaway!

The home was very clean, equipped, and comfortable!! We felt very at home during our stay at this property. The access to the beach is just a few steps away. Also was close to downtown St Augustine, different restaurants, and coffee shops. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering booking this home your vacation.

Great stay

Spent 6 days and enjoyed the ease of everything about the place. The beach only steps away, downtown a quick drive and most places we wanted within walking distance. The house itself worked so well for us, was clean and had everything we needed to feel like at home.
