This house is the perfect beach house for 2 to 3 people exceptionally clean decorated absolutely beautiful easy access to the beach spending time in the pool is wonderful. No complaints whatsoever.

Cute cottage just where we wanted to be! Great location and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental and met all our cooking needs. Easy check in/out and good communication! Easy 2 minute walk to the beach and the pool is a great additional amenity! Thank you.

Loved this VRBO My best one in many years the beds and couch were comfortable , towels were soft , and kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware and dinnerware I will definitely be renting this house again !

Our beach cottage was comfortable, beautiful and all that we hoped for! It was spotless, and the location is perfect for spending time on the beach and visiting the city of St. Augustine. We would love to come back again! The host thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Wonderful property and host! We loved the beach access and proximity to the pool. Our host responded immediately to questions (and was very patient with us ). The in-house laundry was a huge plus, we are family of six who needed to pack light!I happily recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time at this rental! Would definitely stay again! It was right next to the pool, and a short walk to the beach. All of the basic items we needed were provided to start with, and we just picked up more when we needed them. Close to a grocery store, and many activities! We just loved it!! It made our vacation with our grandaughter even more special!

Great overall experience. Was an issue with the pool before our arrival, host communicated the issue and arranged for another place to swim if we wanted to(Pool was fixed in 2 days). House was as advertised. Great location. Great host!

The house is in a fantastic location for the beach and the pool. The kids could come off the beach and into the pool while we got dinner together. Also, it was very clean and adorably decorated and there was enough space for the five of to be comfortable. I didn’t think I’d use them, but the washer and dryer really came in handy.

Lovely beach house in quiet setting … felt like peaceful old Florida. The house was beautifully furnished and the hosts were welcoming and excellent communicators! We hope to return.

We love staying here. It was convenient for the pool. However, the property was advertised as 1 minute from ocean. It is not that at all. Also would like to let her know that the porch rail going out is loose. So when you're approaching, or when you're leaving that one rail wobbles, the other thing I noticed was the vent in the hallway. The main vent is quite dirty. Other than that, if everything was excellent

Amazing stay! House was clean, had everything needed for home away from home. Host was very responsive to questions, great location to restaurants, and local attractions. Loved access to pool and beautiful beach. Very quiet community. Perfect in every way. Will definitely return.

The house was tidy and well organized, and very welcoming! We loved how close it was to the beach and how easy it was to create home-cooked meals in the well-stocked kitchen. A short drive took us to multiple restaurants and sights. Overall, a great stay.
