The Space:
Our 2-bedroom apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living and seating area filled with natural light, and a flat-screen Smart TV. The private bathroom comes with a shower and a hairdryer. Additional amenities include a microwave, fridge, stove, and Keurig coffee machine.
We provide accommodations with free high-speed WiFi and inverter air conditioning in every room. The apartment is also conveniently located near a supermarket, fitness center, shops, and a variety of great local restaurants.
Pool and Flooring Note The pool, surrounded by lush vegetation, enhances the natural beauty of our property. However, you may occasionally find leaves in the pool. Our team ensures it is cleaned twice a week to maintain its cleanliness and provide a pleasant experience for you. Please also note that some areas of the flooring may have missing white sealing. While this does not impact the safety or usability of the space, we want to make you aware of it beforehand.
Guest Access:
Guests will have complete access to the entire apartment and the communal areas within the complex.

As one of the city's forty neighborhoods, it provides easy access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches to the north. With its close proximity to hotels, nightclubs, casinos, shops, and restaurants, Ocean Park is a favorite spot for both locals and tourists. Renowned as one of the island's top beachside neighborhoods, it combines the charm of coastal living with the convenience of urban amenities.

A dedicated one parking spot is available for our guests.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in. Check-in time is at 4 PM local time, and checkout is at 11 AM local time. To ensure a delightful experience for incoming guests, please vacate your unit on time. Unauthorized late checkouts past 11 AM will incur an additional fee.
We offer several paid amenities as add-on services, which can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook after your reservation. These include early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.
Beach Essentials include only beach towels and beach chairs.
To enhance your stay, we provide a Starter Package with essentials to make you feel at home. This package includes 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, and a hand towel per bathroom. Each bathroom is stocked with mouthwash, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll also find 2 snacks per guest, water, and 1 paper towel, along with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. For additional amenities, you may purchase our Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.
Please respect the home and keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. House rules are crucial: no parties, loud music, noise, or smoking. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. Be mindful of noise levels during these hours as our neighbors live here full-time. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud, ensuring your privacy is 100% guaranteed.
To comply with legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card matching your ID, pass through our verification portal, and in some cases, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
All guests must sign a rental usage agreement governing the terms of their stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
