We had the best experience! Everything about our stay far surpassed our expectations. Our host (Larry), was very responsive. The staff are all so kind and helpful. We can’t say enough good things about our stay! We are already planning to go back!

We enjoyed a wonderful two-week vacation at this Isla Verde condo in San Juan! The property was exactly as promised, fully stocked with all the listed amenities and a few thoughtful extras. The beds were incredibly comfortable and clean. The location is perfect and highly convenient, with fantastic restaurants nearby and a Walgreens right across the street. While August brought some windy weather due to the start of hurricane season, it didn't take away from the amazingly beautiful sand and ocean. We will definitely return.

Our stay at Larry’s place was a pleasant experience. The description of the apartment was accurate and it had everything we could need. It was cleaned and comfortable. The building was very secured with 24hr security and there is a reserved parking spot inside the condominium which is very convenient for the area. The beach is just steps away and restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket too. We will definitely stay at Larry’s apartment if available when we come to PR again.

We had a great stay at Marbella del Caribe. We appreciated the beach towels, the location was great and it was just steps to the beach. The unit was very clean and the owner was good with communication.

Our original flight got canceled so we weren’t able to check in until 3 days later. Larry was so gracious and accommodating. He let us extend our stay 24 hours at no additional cost. The location is great! We loved it there.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is lovely, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything needed for a very relaxing stay. As I mentioned to Larry, the second bedroom is nicer looking in person with the blinds open and attractive striped lightweight quilts on the bed. He was very responsive. I shared his post with family members and would definitely be happy to stay here again.

The apartment was great. Clean, spacious, and close to everything. Larry was very responsive with the few questions I had. Very kid friendly. Water pressure wasn’t great but it never usually is in PR. Definitely recommend staying here.

Location was great. And overall, the condo was perfect for our stay. We wish we could’ve used the washer/dryer in the condo. We did not want to go to the laundromat and packed very light as we thought we would have ability to use the one in condo. Otherwise, we had no complaints.

A beautiful location literally at the beach. Easy access to restaurants and Uber services as well. The host was very receptive and attentive when we had questions. Check in and check out was simple. We would love to make this an annual visit.

Great Condo

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The condo had all the necessary amenities and it is clear that the host is very responsive to previous comments of guests as did not want for any items that other guests felt were lacking. I highly recommend this condo.

Exceeded expectations!

Property is great, right on the beach. Owner responded very quickly and was very gracious and friendly with a special request we made of him. Beach chairs (low riders) were a plus. Would stay again for sure.

Great Location/Amenities

1st stay in PR.... Great location, very nice accomodations. Street below gets noisy, but hey, its a vacation spot. Larry was very helpful and attentive. The beautiful beach is steps away - five stars!

Comfortable, convenient condo

Our family of 2 older teens and 2 adults had a lovely time! The condo is in a great location for beach and restaurants and so close to the airport without a lot of airplane noise. The condo is clean and had everything we needed and then some! Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Quick girls trip

The property was great! Loved being right on the beach and having our own parking spot. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. The view was so beautiful. Would definitely recommend!
