Great house and plenty of space for the entire family. The kids loved the gaming area in the basement and they had tons of fun exploring the woods. It was the perfect house for our October getaway.

Beautiful property in beautiful surroundings! Rented it for a couple of nights with friends and had an absolute blast. Highly recommend!

Large Family Vacation

Four day get away for skiing and hanging out with 13 people total. Wonderful house in a great location. Host communicated well and answered all questions during our stay. We’ll be coming back.

Very relaxing

The house was beautiful. Very quiet. The house was well stocked with all nescessities. Lots to do in the area.

Perfect location for a small family reunion

Spent a long weekend here with some extended family for a small family reunion and it was the perfect location for our getaway. Tucked in the mountains with more than enough space for our 8 adults, we loved the proximity to the two golf courses and mountain activities. Preston and Bridget were thorough in their communications and always prompt to respond. Will stay here again in the future if we ever have a reunion in this area again!

This house was beautiful!! It we perfect for our girls weekend. We had tons of space to hang out, cook, and enjoy the outdoors. Check-in was easy. The amenities were exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking dinner and breakfast. We were about 25 minutes from the National Park, great wineries and breweries. We would definitely say here again the next time we are visiting Shenandoah National Parks!

The host was exceptional and very responsive and accommodating. We asked fo have a Christmas tree up and they excuted a decorated tree. The house was so cute, fresh, and clean. The beds were so comfy and we had every appliance and kitchen item you could need for a staycation. Four families easily, and plenty of hangout space. Excelent location to the caverns, mountains, and quaint places. Highly recommend to anyone.

Ski weekend

Awesome home, very close to everything. Our kids loved the arcade and pool table. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the amazing mountain views. Very clean home. We will be back. The hosts were great and communication was very easy and clear. Thank you for hosting our family!

Fantastic Mountain Vacation!

This property was fantastic! Our group of 12 had a great vacation here. Plenty of room for everyone, with lots of privacy. Basement was a huge hit with the kids. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basic cooking tools needed and most importantly for me, the property was very clean!! Would love to stay here again. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This is a great place to stay! There is so much room for people. The third floor king suite has its own little sitting area and bathroom. The main floor has a huge dinner table and sitting space for folks. Then downstairs has a whole couch pool table video games. There was so much space that no one felt cramped or tripping over each other. The kitchen is so well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware etc. The gas grill was a huge save for Christmas dinner. I would recommend the Chalet to anyone. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful.

Best senior trip ever

We had a great adventure coming to ski for a few days. The house is very close to the slopes. What I did not anticipate was coming into town in a snowstorm. Very thankful for a kind snow plow truck who cleared the way for our van to make it Down the road and then up the hill to be able to make it into the house. Great memories!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway for Family and Pets!

We recently stayed at this property over Thanksgiving with our family of 10 and our dog, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was very well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our holiday meals. It had everything we could have asked for.The kids loved spending time in the game room, which kept them entertained for hours. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well. One of my favorite parts of the stay was sitting on the cozy sofa and looking out the window, it was so relaxing and peaceful.This property provided the perfect setting for our family to unwind and spend quality time together. We would highly recommend it and hope to return in the future!
