Relax in the sun-filled great room, anchored by new furniture and a Smart TV, and outfitted with a selection of books and puzzles. Brew some coffee in the gleaming kitchen and sip it on the deck as you take in ocean views and another beautiful Hatteras Island day. A queen primary bedroom and a second bedroom with a double bed and bunkbed, both featuring Smart TVs, will leave you rested for the adventures you plan for the day ahead. If those adventures call for a beach day, the sandy stretch of shoreline is just a quick boardwalk stroll away.

Guests of Resort Rodanthe also have access to a community swimming pool (open mid-May to mid-Oct, depending on weather), fish cleaning station, picnic areas with tables and a grill, and an outdoor shower. Make SURFER’S CORNER your own private corner of paradise and book it today.

Gorgeous location! Clean and comfortable! Responsive host!Even with this comment it's still 5 stars - I will say to anyone booking, BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE, there is no coffee provided!We had a lovely time!

To help future guests plan their stay, we want to clarify that while we do not provide coffee grounds, creamer, or other groceries, the condo is fully equipped with both a Keurig and a standard Drip Coffee maker. For stocking up on supplies, Waves Market is just 5 minutes away, and there is a Dollar General right across from it. There is also a Food Lion about 25 minutes south in Avon, or several grocery stores on the way down in Nags Head. We hope to welcome you back to Surfer's Corner soon!

Accommodations and views were awesome!!! There was a glitch with the elevator, and water pipes froze halfway through our trip, but hosts were on top of all concerns, very responsive, and even refunded half our cost since we had to leave early with no water. We would definitely stay at the Surfer's Corner again!!!

Thank you for the kind words, Dean! We are so glad you enjoyed the views and renovated accommodations at Surfer's Corner. We truly appreciate your patience during your stay. As you mentioned, we were hit by a historic '100-year' cold weather event that was highly abnormal for Rodanthe. Temperatures crashed into the low 20s, with wind chills plummeting to sub-zero levels. Because our condo and many other island properties are elevated, the pipes were left exposed to these extreme conditions. This wasn't a localized issue; in fact, 90% of service calls along the coast during this storm were for frozen pipes, as local infrastructure simply wasn't designed for such an intense arctic blast. We have invested a lot of time into making this condo one of the best at the property, and our guests' comfort is our absolute priority. This is why we made it a point to be available 24/7 and provided a refund for the inconvenience. We have already taken extra measures to ensure the property is even better prepared for any future weather surprises. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Rodanthe soon!

The condo was clean. The host was communicative and responsive. There is a beach view from the back balcony that overlooks the pool. The building has an elevator which was nice! There is a walkway to the beach which was super convenient. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
