I was very unhappy with this condo, and the whole trip. Number one, this room is advertised as oceanfront- it is not - it overlooks a campground, the ocean is off in the distance. 2 - is was not that nice for the money - the kitchen was dated and the fridge was rusty on the side and it wasn’t very clean. And the biggest problem was we got kicked out because of Hurricane Erin. Resort realty told us we had to leave because of a mandatory evacuation, so we only had one day and had to pack up and leave. We would have stayed but they said we had to leave. I talked them them numerous times about a partial refund and they didn’t want to hear it since I did t have travel insurance. I traveled with a group of friends who are all getting partial refunds Without travel insurance. They had nicer rooms that I did and paid less, and got refunds. I would like to talk to someone regarding this
