This was a family trip for folks from all over the US who have never seen the SW. This home was perfect for after a long drive and hiking in Zion. The rooms met everyone's needs and the patio was perfect. Sue communicated access info early and clearly. I'd stay here again.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood but very close to town, this worked perfectly for our group of 4 friends. Sue was an ideal host, even giving us info on local hikes!

Beautiful property in an excellent quiet location. Beautiful kitchen with everything we would want for cooking. Easy access to Kanab for groceries, views from the property are exceptional. Host provided excellent communication, directions and information about the area. It doesn't get any better than this folks.

We had a wonderful stay! Thank you! The house is spotless with two kitchens, great common area, comfortable beds... and close to town. ... and the views are fantastic! We left every morning on our SxS to explore the area. Sue answered all our questions promptly. Loved it!

The property is in a great location. Beautiful views of the city lights and surrounding valley from the deck. Great location for our home base while we visited Bryce and Zion. Wish we could have stayed longer, there is so much to see! The home is large, comfortable, and has everything you need for a perfect get away. Sue communicated before our vacation to touch base with us. She gave us great advice about visiting Zion and Bryce. We would definitely come back!

Lovely property with great views

Our family of 8 had a great stay. The home is lovely and well equipped. There is much to see on the property including wildlife. It’s super convenient to Kanab.

We could not have asked for a better home for our eight party vacation with grandchildren. Lots of room for kids and privacy for the parents and grandparents and outstanding views of Vermillion Cliffs. We enjoyed our interaction with our very helpful and understanding hosts. We will recommend this home highly to those who are planning visits from Louisiana to southern Utah to see Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks and more.

My family truly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spotless, and the kitchen was very well equipped — we were able to prepare all our meals with ease. The peaceful surroundings made it a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. What impressed me most was the excellent communication with the owner. Sue responded promptly to every question and even checked in on us while she was on vacation herself. We appreciated her attentiveness and hospitality.

Excellent location! Close to town but a country feel. Very easy to get around to explore

Fantastic host, property, and location

Sue is an incredible host with spot-on recommendations for tours, dining, and activities in Utah and Arizona. The property is well-maintained and conveniently located near all major national parks and other attractions. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and plan to return at some point.

Kanab oasis

Wonderful property for families to stay while visiting area parks. The home is centrally located to all the major parks. The back porch is a wonderful gathering place after a long day of hiking.

We loved this property! We spent 10 days traveling through Arizona and Utah and stayed in three really nice homes along the way - this was our favorite.The setting is beautiful, with great views and wonderful greenspaces around the house that made casual birding and wildlife watching a daily activity for us. The location was also incredibly convenient for exploring both Zion National Park and the Grand Canyon North Rim.What really set this home apart, though, was how personal and welcoming it felt. So many vacation rentals today feel like corporate investments or professionally staged properties with no personality. This home felt like a real home. We loved seeing the family photos, travel souvenirs, books, and personal touches throughout the house. It felt like we were guests in someone's cherished home rather than renters in just another vacation property.The layout was another highlight. The upstairs area was perfect and we loved the balcony porch with the great view. Plus, our two twenty-something sons especially loved the separate apartment area downstairs, which gave them their own space while adding even more character to the home's unique layout.The house was well-equipped, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Most importantly, it had a warmth and personality that is hard to find in vacation rentals today.We would highly recommend to others!

We cannot say enough good things about the property and the host. Excellent communication beyond the requirement. Sue made lots of restaurant and activity recommendations in addition to answering the typical host/guest inquiries. The house was gorgeous!!! Lots of spaces to enjoy catching up with friends. The views were stunning!!!! Check out process was easy and straight forward.

Beautiful Home

Really enjoyed staying at this property. The owner was readily available to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed! Clean and comfortable as well as quiet and peaceful while still not far from all of the things we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this property!

Kanab Krew

It’s our third year staying at this lovely location. Plenty of room to park our trucks and side-by-side trailers. The home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked.

Great stay in Kanab

This rental fit all of our needs , we were riding side x sides in backcountry around Kanab and it fit the needs with trucks and trailers on the property . Very clean and really nice setup with 4 beds and 3 baths . We would rent again for sure .

Beautiful Area and Comfortable Home for our Family

Our family of 7, with 6 adults and one toddler, enjoyed our stay here very much! The house was perfect for us. Our grandson LOVED the play area downstairs! We had everything we needed and we loved the beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Kanab

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The hostess was prompt with any responses and communication. The property met our needs perfectly, and it’s very centrally located to multiple parks, which was convenient! We spent our evening in the living room as a family, and it felt like home.
