Breathtaking View of Red Cliffs

Bring your binoculars! House sits at the foot of red canyon wall. Our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can serve as your base camp for visiting 3 national parks or hiking on the 3 well marked local trails starting just blocks away from our home. For a change of pace, visit the local museum to learn more about Kanab's role in western movies and t.v. shows, or take a 10 minute walk to the local aquatic center and playgrounds. When it is time to "kick back", enjoy the neighborhood fitness center, indoor pool or outdoor pool, or just relax on our covered porch and soak in our amazing mountain view. Master bedroom has luxury king bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds (can be made up as king for small fee - just ask) for up to 6 guests. High speed WIFI provided. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Absolutely the nicest place I’ve ever been. The view from the patio is spectacular. Very clean, well furnished kitchen and laundry. Plus we could park in the garage. We certainly plan to stay here again.

Everything was absolutely amazing! We had a few bug issues that were out of anyone’s control and Connie did everything she could to make it right. The house was clean, well stocked (everything), comfortable, and very homey! We absolutely loved our time there!

The house was exactly as advertised— beautiful and well-equipped. The setting couldn’t be more serene, and the homes a perfect base for exploring southeast Utah.

I can not believe how great our trip was. The first night the refrigerator broke. The very next day after hiking we had a brand new wonderful refrigerator. I cannot believe how amazing the owner was to get things corrected ASAP without any issue.We were in the top neighborhood in Kanab. The neighborhood pool was great. We used it 4 day to cool off from 100* temps.I have stayed in many nice properties, but the scenery behind the home is amazing. There are trails in the neighborhood that lead you to the top of these Way Cool Mesa s..You are an hour away from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon ( no traffic/ crowds), the east entrance of Zion, (no traffic or crowds) and Bryce from the south. I am so happy we choose Kanab and this home.Kanab has a nice remote/ country feel about it. Because you are remote and in the country!!!Thanks for the memories!!!

We could not have asked for a better home base to explore the area. The house is beautiful, clean, cozy, and well stocked with all the essentials. The patio backdrop is just gorgeous and a beautiful setting for morning coffee or evening drinks. Communication was great and directions were easy to follow. Would definitely recommend to couples or families.

Prepared all our meals in your kitchen. I usually bring my own stuff. Left it in the car, you had everything. What a beautiful inspirational setting. Loved our stay, found lots of e-bike experiences, felt very safe here. Thanks.

We had a wonderful stay in Kanab and this home was a wonderful place for our family of four. The scenery of the backyard was amazing. We really had everything we needed to make meals and feel comfortable. The location was great as well easy to navigate to. We hope to come back in the near future and would stay again! Thanks!

Very nice home in beautiful neighborhood just outside of town. Convenient for day trips to Zion, Bryce, Glen Canyon, etc. Fantastic sunrise and sunset from Jackson Reservoir. Quaint town with shops,grocery stores, drug store. Also - host was quick to respond to questions. Will definitely book again if we are in Kanab again.

Great place to stay for our souther Utah vacation. Close to Zion, Bryce, and North Rim. Having access to the community pool was so nice after a long morning of hiking.

Great location

The property is a good location for the 2 national parks Zion and Bryce. the town it’s in has hiking trails and good restaurants I would definitely stay there again!

We had a fabulous stay at your house. We felt right at home and the location was perfect for our adventures to Zion and Bryce national parks. Our grandsons loved using the pool after long days of hiking. My husband and I enjoyed reading on the patio surrounded bt the spectacular red mountains.

We used this as base camp for Grand Canyon N Rim, Zion and Bryce. Enjoyed the town and hiking near by.

I have traveled back several times over the years and brought my children, who also enjoyed the countless activities nearby. Finally, I decided to purchase a little piece of the beautiful red canyon in the lovely La Estancia neighborhood. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
