Most Requested Unit, The Colony II Condo, free wi-fi

The colony 2 at Oyster Bay. Easy convenient first floor end unit, just a few steps to the pools and having its own personal large jacuzzi tub, makes this one of the most requested units in the colony 2. Located just across the street from the intracoastal waterway and ocean beyond, the colony 2 is surrounded by dozens of championship golf courses.

A scenic two minute drive along the waterway and over the brand new high rise bridge takes you out to the beach island of sunset beach. A family friendly barrier island (only three miles long) offers public parking, a fishing pier, kayak and bike rentals. Once on the island, there are several walkways over to this uncrowded
oceanfront where you can enjoy swimming and watching our beautiful sunsets.

This unit newly remodeled 11/1/2020 comes with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Keurig single & 12 cup coffee maker, toaster oven, Washer and dryer in the unit. There are three tv's, a DVD player. High speed internet service. The covered patio overlooks the pool area.

New Beds with Bed linens are provided, bath towels are not provided unless requested. There are two spacious bedrooms each with its own bath, one has a large jetted spa tub in addition to a shower, both bedrooms have (new) King size beds.

This 'non- smoking' unit (outside on the patio you can smoke) is in like New condition (remodeled 11/2020), very clean and nicely decorated. Main living area, kitchen and baths have ceramic tile flooring, bedrooms are carpeted.

Rental is weekly May-August & other times 3 night minimum. Check in is 3 pm and check out is 10 am.

We have stayed, many times, in this condo an have always be beyond pleased with the ease of check-in, cleanness of the condo and the excellent communication with owner. We enjoy that the pool is literally steps away from the condo!

This is an awesome place at the beach to stay at. The Host is very attentive and helpful with information: The condo is spacious and very clean. Check in and out process quick and easy. Will definitely stay again in the future!!

The condo is centrally located to several beaches and only 20 min drive to North Myrtle Beach. It has 2 pools and hot tub right out the back door. My only issue was no cellar T-Mobile service in the condo and sporadic service outside condo.

It's a beautiful place in a quiet environment

Great location, very comfortable. Can’t wait to return

This unit is perfect. Great location. Close to beaches, restaurants and entertainment but far enough away that you aren’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The pool on site was a great amenity and we enjoyed it immensely.

Great Condo!

Condo was in a great location - ground floor unit right next to pool and hot tub! Condo was spacious and fully equipped. Host was very attentive and responsive which was much appreciated.

Cozy condo

We had a lovely stay at this summer beachy condo. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4, and we were so happy to have the use of the beach cart and chairs and cooler to take with us to the beach! We also appreciated having more than one bathroom and more than one tv!

Absolutely beautiful. Lots of space. Indoor pool/outdoor pool and Hot Tub was less than 10 steps away. Owners were very helpful on all information.

FANTASTIC

We were down for the week of the 4th of July and had a great time. This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed at this unit and we found everything to be perfect beyond the description in the listing. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great place to stay and a great owner to deal with. We look forward to coming back to Sunset Beach again and staying in the same unit. Family Vacation

Yet again, we were so satisfied with our stay at Oyster Bay Colony 2 condo. It’s the perfect condo, located right at the pool making it so convenient for our daily trips to the pool with out 10 yr old grandson! Plus the location is close to beach for our beach days! The first floor location of condo is great for us older, fun people! No carrying heavy coolers upstairs! We can’t wait to return for our 3 year at the condo!

Great property, well kept, very clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Colony II, it was great to have the pool so accessible. The condo was very clean and bright! Loved the King bed in the master - the mattress was heaven! We enjoyed meals out [Twin Lakes and Crabby Oddwaters] as well as had meals in the condo = very well stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend this condo to any friends/family. Thanks Rue family for sharing your lovely condo!! The Austins

The pools and gym were not available during the 2 weeks. I would not have stayed at this location if I had known this in advance. During this time of year it is too cold for outside pool and we wanted to utilize the indoor pool and gym and couldn't use either. Very disappointing. The condo unit was fairly clean. The refrigerator needs to be checked as it makes a noise when defrosting. I will not rent this unit again.

Another Great Vacation at Colony ll at Oyster Bay

This was our 3rd year staying at Colony ll @ Oyster Bay with our grandson. And we had the best time. It was an extremely hot week, but we stayed refreshed in the pool, which is just steps from the patio. We did take the quick drive to Sunset Beach to spend a day or two on the beach, which never disappoints. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. It was very clean and fresh! The check in was super easy and communication with the owner was very easy and replies were fast. We can't wait to be back next year. As my grandson says, " It's our favorite place to stay at the beach!"

Our condo is just a few steps to both pools, an indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool along with a hot tub. This is a first floor end unit. No steps or elevator makes this condo very easily accessible from the free parking spaces right out front.
