The house is a great mix of old and modern. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and comfortable sitting areas. The only thing I wished for was a railing for the stairs.

This place was absolutely amazing! The host Eddie, was always so responsive as soon as I asked a question. I had a lot of questions leading up to our stay. Our groceries got delivered before we arrived and Eddie had a friend bring them into the house for us. If you plan on coming to Indiana this is your place! It’s beautiful inside and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! We highly recommend the Herman House.

This house is wonderful. There were 3 bedrooms with plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. They are dog friendly and had all the things you could want to make your dog feel at home. The host, Ed was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. They allowed us to check in a little early and check out a little late to help accommodate our weekend plans. If you stay at this property, make sure you visit Taylor Made Fitness nearby. This gym is wonderful and has all that you need for a great workout. Kelsey was so nice and even gave us a few food recommendations nearby. We will be adding this house to our list of places to stay in Indianapolis!
