Thank you so much, Michael! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay at The Talley Estate. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime you’re in Norman!

Michael, we truly can't thank you enough for choosing to stay with us time and time again. Having guests return is one of the biggest compliments we could receive, and your kind words mean more than you know. It's been such a pleasure getting to know you and your family over your visits, and we're so grateful you've trusted us to be your home away from home while in Oklahoma. You and your family are always welcome back.

Thank you so much, Eric! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the location, found the home comfortable and accommodating, and felt welcomed from the moment you arrived. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we truly appreciate you recommending us to others. We’d love to welcome you back to The Talley Estate anytime you’re in Norman!

Richard, thank you so much—we really appreciate it! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and that everything felt clean and well taken care of. We’re especially glad we could make things easy for you during your Christmas visit. We’d love to have you back anytime!

Thank you so much, Gina! We’re so glad The Talley Estate was a great fit for your large family gathering. We appreciate you mentioning the stairs as well—we know they’re a little steeper than many newer homes, and we’re happy the house was otherwise a perfect fit for your family. We’d love to welcome you back anytime you’re in Norman!

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our listing clearly discloses that the owner resides in a completely separate home on the property, and this information is available before booking. Our listing also states that while small family gatherings and birthday celebrations may be considered, all gatherings and events require prior approval, regardless of size. After arrival, you informed us that you planned to host an event with a DJ, were unable to provide an expected guest count, and could not assure us that there would be no underage drinking. Because this was not disclosed prior to booking and did not comply with our house rules, we were unable to accommodate the reservation. We work hard to provide a wonderful experience for guests who book the property in accordance with our listing and house rules, and we appreciate those who take the time to review them before making a reservation.
