Perfect location for access to all Houston has to offer! Nothing was more than about 35 minutes away. Our host was gracious and communicative, and the property was beautiful!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Our property manager was very responsive and let us gain access to the property after our stay to retrieve several left items!

The property was in decent condition but could benefit from maintenance. The neighborhood was quiet and felt generally safe. Several appliances in the home were not functional, such as the oven. The home shows signs of wear, especially in the kitchen, but was fine overall. Cleanliness

Eugene was an exceptional host from beginning to end! He was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout our entire experience. Even before our stay began, he went out of his way to help resolve a pricing discrepancy through VRBO and graciously accommodated our request for an early check-in.Unfortunately, an unexpected family emergency required us to cut our stay short. Eugene could not have been more understanding or compassionate. He went above and beyond to assist us during a difficult and unexpected situation, and his kindness and consideration were truly appreciated. The property itself was exactly what we needed for our stay, and Eugene was an excellent host. What stood out most was his communication - he was consistently responsive, helpful, and professional from booking through checkout.I would absolutely recommend staying with Eugene and would not hesitate to book with him again. Thank you, Eugene, for being such a gracious host and for the kindness you extended to our family!

The house is very cute and clean the only complaint I had is the area. We were in close enough proximity to all the things to do in Houston but the location of the home was a bit of a shock coming in. I probably should have done a bit more research on the different wards in Houston but I know for next time.

Surrounding neighborhood was rough. The unit did not have things we usually see in a VRBO unit. For example, there were very few dishes and glasses. No pizza pan or pizza cutter. The coffee maker didn't work.

Hello Joel, Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’m sorry about the coffee maker; it has since been replaced. We’ll also review our kitchen setup to ensure there are enough dishes and glasses for our guests, and we’ll consider adding items like a pizza pan and cutter. We always want our guests to have a comfortable stay, so if anything is ever missing or not working, please feel free to reach out during your stay. We’re always happy to help quickly. Thanks again for your feedback; it helps us continue to improve.

Property was moder, spacious, and well decorated. The host was very responsive and helpful - we discovered the coffee maker wasn’t working on our first morning, and he had a new one shipped to the door by that afternoon. My only reservation is that there is a train track just a couple blocks away, and we experienced multiple train horns in the middle of the night. If you’re a heavy sleeper this shouldn’t be an issue, but my wife is woken easily. We might have picked a different neighborhood if we had been aware of the proximity to the tracks. Still, it was very convenient to both Meow Wolf and Arnold Brewing, which we had on our list of places to go.

Our stay was wonderful! We booked this updated, newer house blindly since it was our first time visiting Houston, and it turned out to be perfect. We attended a UH football game, and the location was ideal—close to downtown and the playing field. The home was clean, comfortable, and great for entertaining our family. The beds were cozy, and the bathrooms were a good size. The neighbors were friendly, and although the area lacks a bit of curb appeal when you first exit the highway, the neighborhood itself was peaceful and quiet. Eugene was a great host, and the value for this unit was excellent. Our only wish is that there were some outdoor patio furniture to enjoy the space even more.
