Great Location

The location of this property is excellent. You can either walk everywhere or catch a bus right outside the condo. The condo has huge bedrooms and lots of closet space. The up stairs is a little small for a family of 8 to congregate, one more chair in the living room would help. Overall we had an excellent family vacation, LOVED the location and Park City. Alpine Ski Properties was excellent to work with.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointing that the sink disposal was not usable. We had a big clump of hair in one of the tub drains.Upper bunk sheets had not been cleaned. The bunk bed was in falling apart in places. Coffee pot took about an hour to brew. We purchased another one and left it there. We were overall dissapointed in the cleanliness of the condo.

Close to Park City and Deer Valley

Very cozy apartment pretty close to Main St. Comfortable beds and bedrooms. Very tight unit for four couples and living space really built for 4-6 people. Thought unit was closer to Main st based on previous reviews. About 1 mile from mid Main st. Unit needs a binder with details as I we had to call for several questions. Garage doesn’t fit ski rake and numerous items within unit were falling apart. Needs a update and TLC

Family ski trip

Convenient location that’s a 10 min. walk from PC Ski Resort or a fresh Market grocery, and 15 min from downtown Main Street.

GREAT LOCATION AND SIZE

The property was extremely clean when we got in and getting access to it was super easy. The location is super close to first time lift which was great! I️ would 100% recommend this condo especially since it comes with two parking spaces (clearance was tight though with large SUVs)

Great location & Space!

We stayed in the condo for a long weekend. Great location for skiing and very close to restaurants & other things to do! Easy check-in & check-out.

Spacious condo in the perfect location.

This condo was wonderful! The downstairs had 3 bedrooms, bathroom, and small living room. The upstairs had a master bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining area. There were plenty of cookware and utensils for the 7 of us. The bus stop is just across the street and Park City Transit makes getting around town and to Park City Mountain a breeze. I highly recommend this condo!

Great location, Poor layout

Condo is conveniently located within walking distance to the PC base area. The unit was clean and well stocked! Covered Parking was also a plus! Alpine ski properties was very easy to work with, the check in and out was a breeze. They were gracious to give us a late checkout when we requested. I gave it 3 stars because of the layout of the condo... if you have multiple families the setup is less than ideal. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and only one bathroom down there, making it very difficult for privacy if that is what you are looking for. One of the bedrooms downstairs did not have a closet. Upstairs was the master and master bath along with the other bathroom. So if you have multiple families, one of them will have to walk upstairs thru the living area to shower. all depends on your needs! other than the layout we were pleased with the condo

Renter for ski strip

This is the best condo we rent in Park City The location is very convenient . It is walking distant to supper market , star buck coffee , or walking to park city resort . The bus stop is right in front of the condo which can take you everywhere. The condo is big but very cozy . The kitchen supply is well equipped . There is 2 living room , the upstair living room for the adults , the downstair living room for kids or teenager to hang around at night . All bed rooms are big and beds are comfortable . The house is supper clean .

RENTER

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION This condo is very convenient close to supermarket and slope . The Bus stop right in front the condo complex. The parking is underground so you do not have to clean the snow in the morning . The condo is very clean and plenty of space for party of 10 We love the 2 separate 2 living room ( one for adult and the other one for our children) The kitchen supply is top notch . We are highly recommend this condo for every one want to visit Park City
