Beautiful 2 bedroom (+sleeping nook with queen bed), 2 bath cabin built in 2012 has an open floor concept, and is within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and lake. When entering, the wide vaulted ceiling and pine plank flooring and the river rock gas-burning fireplace beautifully compliment the living area. Enjoy relaxing on the deck or cozy up on the couch to watch TV on the new flat screen Roku TV. Short walk to the village shops and restaurants. Shaver Lake is less than a mile down the road and Huntington Lake and China Peak are only 17 miles up Highway 168.

Great stay!

My Family and friends' family had a great stay at this cabin. Cabin is in walking distances from stores and pizza place. We weren't too far from coyote snow park. where we took the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. We will love to come back. Thank you!

Our white Christmas

Everything was perfect. This was our 2nd time staying here, but the first time for my in laws and they loved it. From booking, to checking in everything was great. The house had everything we needed. We got snow on Christmas Eve which the boys loved and had so much fun playing in the snow. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice Cabin to have family fun

Cabin was well maintained and equipped with all the necessities. Valerie (homeowner) was very responsive and patient to our questions. The home was quite good to accommodate 6 people and was pleasantly surprised to have 2 full bath😀 we will definitely plan to come back in winter to see beautiful snow laden mountain around Shaver lake. Yosemite was not on our agenda but it was just 1.5 hr away and planned impromptu visit after 4pm as it was possible to go for star gazing . Definitely recommend this cabin

Nice Cabin getaway

This property is a small and cozy mountain getaway and very nice! Close and within walking distance to bakery, market, pubs, and pizza. Outside seating on deck and 2 bathrooms. Have stayed twice and plan to again.Good communication with owner

Great location in Shaver Lake

We stayed here for the second time. Host Valerie warned us before hand about possible construction which didnt start. Cabin still nice but maybe a new refrigerator?

Getaway Cabin

The owner is super nice to work with. The family members who stayed at this location would stay again. The location is within walking distance of the main street which includes many shops and restaurants.

Family getaway.

We are from Clovis but try and make it every winter too enjoy family time in the snow. It was my husbands 40th birthday so it was really special to do what we love. This Cabin was perfect. Roomy living area and the cozy fireplace. A lot of Windows to see the white covered trees beautiful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to the hosts.

Fun times!

I rented this house for my son's family as a Christmas gift, hoping they would find some snow. Fortunately, for them, they did and they had a wonderful time. They loved the house, particularly the little alcove which became the kids' hangout. They also liked the fact that they could walk into the village for dinner or to pick up something at the market. There was a snow park close enough for them to enjoy some sledding, so everyone was very happy. They said they would rent this house again. Communication was excellent.

Great place

The cabin is located walking distance from restaurants and convenience store, the area is really nice to walk and not to far from China Peak the ski resort. Looking forward to rent it again!

Cute and cozy cabin

Three couples stayed in the cabin for the weekend and it was great! The cabin is cute and cozy, it was clean, the deck was perfect, and the beds were comfortable. The host was helpful and replied promptly to questions.

Anfitrión: Valerie Love

My husband Ray & I purchased the home with our daughter Rebekah and son in law Jarrod. They have two children Jameson and Presley. We have been coming to Shaver Lake with our three children for over 30 years. Now that they are grown and two are married we are loving the opportunity to enjoy the area with our grandchildren as well.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We have always dreamed of owning a cabin at Shaver and when we found this one for sale we couldn't pass up the opportunity. We fell in love with the cabin, the design and the location. The location is perfect as we are a short walk to the village and the lake is just down Dorabella road.

We enjoy spending time at the lake, boating, tubing, wakeboarding and skiing.

Our children learned to snow ski at China Peak and wakeboard at Shaver Lake. We are looking forward to watching our grandchildren learn as well and making wonderful memories with our family.
