Experience the triad like a local in this BRAND NEW 4-bedroom house.

This is a beautiful property at an affordable price! We designed this cottage with affordability in mind, but we also made sure to not cut any corners. You'll be hard pressed to find anything this nice for this price. It is our goal to provide a brand new, super clean space with just the right amount of frills and a southern charm to make you feel at home, but to also keep it at a reasonable size where you can't afford to NOT stay here!

With 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom upstairs (both with beautiful private bathrooms) and 2 bedrooms with one bathroom downstairs, this is a great stop for business travel or families.

This house was just completed in October of 2025 and boasts all the amenities to make your stay complete.

We are in a perfect location to access anywhere in the piedmont triad. We are 10 minutes from downtown Lexington and Thomasville, 20 minutes from High Point and Salisbury, and 30 minutes from Greensboro, Winston-Salem, or Asheboro.

With beautiful views from each bedroom, you'll find it easy to relax in this rural setting but convenient to great restaurants and the trendy small town downtown vibe that can be found in beautifully re-vitalized downtown Lexington.

lovely new cottage, friendly hosts (and cows!), well-appointed kitchen and baths. very soft mattresses and very thick pillows (not my preference, but some might appreciate it). We'd stay here again!

Exceptionally clean and quiet! The whole place was just adorable and comfortable for our family. There is a handy little DG market just a few minutes away which made breakfast groceries super simple. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful, clean, perfectly spaced for multiple guests and stocked with what we needed. The home is in a nice, quiet area and we felt very safe and comfortable. We will certainly be staying in this rental in the future.

This ‘cottage’ is perfect. We are just a ‘couple’ staying while visiting family over Easter BUT if you have a family, or girls get-a-way, there is plenty of room. The house was cute, clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again when we are in the area.

Highly recommendWe travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, resorts, Vrbo and the like type of places. This house was as close to home as we’ve experienced. Clean, comfortable and lots of extras you would never expect. Whenever we come to the area, this will be the first place we will try and stay. (I only comment on great or horrible trips. This was great)

Cottage on Conrad was completely delightful. It’s about 4 miles from uptown Lexington straight down Hwy 64. A quiet rural setting but close to conveniences (Randy’s Restaurant and a Dollar General).The house is new and immaculate. Comfortable beds, cozy blankets, plenty of towels, and everything you could need. The kitchen is very well stocked. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into decorating and stocking the house. Highly recommend.

Wow!! What a great home. It was immaculate...the beds were so comfortable. I was there for market. Long days and to come to this wonderful home was just what was needed. I highly recommend it. The host lives just up the hill and available if I needed anything. I didn't because everything was already perfect. I woul d certainly stay again!!

So, we decided to build our "Cottage on Conrad" on the front corner of our 35-acre farm and we're so excited for you to come visit! We enjoy keeping up with our small farm, hunting, fishing, and gardening right here on our property. Come visit us!

Our property is in a rural setting, sitting on 35 acres of beautiful farmland. There is great privacy and where we do see houses around, our neighbors are wonderful! But you mostly won't even know they are there. The "Cottage on Conrad" sits about 250 ft. off the road and then it's another 800 ft. back to our house so there is lots of privacy!
