Incredible Hot Tub Gazebo in Lazy Sugarloaf, Unique Lovecraft Trading Outpost Decor, Completely Fenced Yard, 2BR
Welcome to the epitome of unique charm, Miskatonic Outpost! Year-round comfort in this one-of-a-kind cabin. Tucked away amidst nature's embrace, this retreat offers a unique blend of modern amenities and vintage allure, ensuring an unforgettable experience in every season.
Unique, unique, unique! Stay here several times - each time you will find new, vintage collectibles and create new memories.
My favorite is the HOT TUB GAZEBO and hidden TV's!
Driveway parking for 3 cars - book today!
We are always available for any questions about the cabin or needs in the Big Bear Lake area - don't hesitate to call or text for help.
Our unique cabin is located 10 minutes to everything Big Bear has to offer, all 4-seasons, year round! To name a few: The Lake, fishing, hiking trails, mountain biking, kayaking, stand-up-paddle-boarding, ski and snow boarding, The Village, Alpine Zoo, Discovery Center, museum, and golf course.
Free, off-street, driveway parking for 2 cars only.
City of Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking.
Vehicles parked on the street blocking neighbors or snowplows, may be cited and/or towed at vehicle owner's expense.
Winter precautions are always in place - you must carry chains from November 1 - April 1. Snow creates limited and "tight" driveway parking - a four-wheel drive vehicle with higher clearance is preferred. Regular vehicles may be challenged by winter icy road or driveway conditions, that is why chains are required. Caltrans and CHP will enforce chain requirements.
The exterior of the cabin exudes an outpost ambiance, blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Stepping inside, you are immediately embraced by the warmth, inviting you to unwind and bask in cozy ambiance. Start a crackling fire in the wood-burning fireplace.
The interior décor is a testament to the owner's eclectic taste, showcasing a curated collection of unique artifacts and collectibles that tell stories of adventures and travels. Every corner of the cabin is adorned with handpicked treasures, creating an atmosphere that is both nostalgic and contemporary. The banjo and guitar stand ready for impromptu jam sessions, adding a musical touch to the already enchanting environment.
For those seeking the ultimate relaxation experience, the cabin boasts a hot tub gazebo that beckons you to soak in the serenity of the outdoors, whether surrounded by a winter wonderland, colored-fall leaves, or lush greenery. Picture yourself immersed in bubbling warmth, creating memories that will linger long after your stay. Nothing better than a soak after a full-day of snow skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or Big Bear Lake adventures.
Entertainment is at your fingertips with automated TV stands that seamlessly transforms your viewing experience. After a day of outdoor adventures, simply press a button, and the TV gracefully appears (in bedroom and living room).
Cap off your night by indulging in the timeless charm of a record player, filling the cabin with the rich melodies of vinyl. The sound and vintage tunes transport you to a bygone era, creating a soundtrack to your memorable retreat.
In this outpost-style cabin, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to provide a unique and immersive experience. It is not just a place to stay; it is a destination that captures the essence of adventure, relaxation, and the joy of making lasting memories.
