This condo was perfect for our needs. 8 people slept great and the 2 bathrooms were perfect for little ones coming off the beach or pool. The online description and pics are excellent.

This property was great. The host was awesome, anytime I reached out she responded quickly. We left both room cards in the room, and she had a housekeeper bring us another key card. I requested for a late check out the day before we were supposed to leave, even though I didn't get the time I wanted due to someone else checking in that day she still allowed for us to check out at a later time. The condo had plenty of room for my four children and us two adults. We also had a great view of the ocean and the pool.

Overall everything was . We have a little confusion getting the room key... but this was my first time,I'm sure the next time will be much easier. Great full for a the room not smelling like smoke, we did have smokers on the balcony so we just used it when they went inside. Everything else was excellent ,beautiful and as described as on the website.......

Pools were fine,hot tubs good, good distance to beach, management company horrible, owner finally contacted me and was good to deal with, property management company absolute worst to deal with, can’t get ahold of them

The Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort was beautiful as always! The condo we stayed in on the 15th floor was nice a clean! The host got back to us in a timely manner and checked in on us often via text or email! The only thing I was unaware of and it was not made clear in the listing is that we didn’t have to go to the front desk to check in but we had to go to another location(not far down the road) and get our room keys! The woman I spoke to on the phone was so sweet and very helpful! Other than that little mix up the stay was great! We had such a wonderful time in a fabulous Resort with a great room and host!

Beautiful ocean view! Right on the beach! Loved the kitchen and having 2 bathrooms was awesome! However the tv did not work unless you wanted to provide your own streaming service! Which I did not feel comfortable doing so which meant it was there for decoration! Be careful walking around barefooted because your feet will be black from the floors! The kitchen however comes with cups,plates,limited silverware and we went to Walmart for other things to cook with! It’s 2 minutes away! The fridge took 2 days to work before things started getting cold! So be cautious about getting groceries the first day u arrive! The outdoor pool we wasn’t able to get in because it was always full of people with lots of beers in there hands while in the pool! The indoor pool however was okay and the lazy river was nice! The confusion with the keys were a headache and if I can stress anything it is don’t ask the goth girl at the front desk anything! she is so rude and will make u question why you paid to stay here in the first place! You don’t have to deal with them at all! Pick up the keys from snorkel way and head to your room! Bypass them altogether! You will be thankful you did! Parking garage is dangerous! Be cautious! It’s very tight! The beach was beautiful and relaxing! Once we were able to get in our condo!
