Newer construction, 2,900 square foot house (2300' main levels, 600' basement) with expansive views of Breckenridge Ski Area and the ten Mile Range. Home and hot tub are adjacent to French Creek, and sleeps up to 10. Finished basement with 47' HDTV, Blue Ray DVD, Bar and game room.

Located in the Breckenridge neighborhood of Vista Point, this smoke-free home is a short three-quarter mile walk to Main Street. A FREE bus (the Summit Stage, see link below) is also available to take you to the Slopes (straight to Breck Gondola) or Town.

The living room has 18 foot vaulted ceilings, two-story views of the mountains, a stone fireplace, and leather furnishings.

The dining area is surrounded by bay windows, a full kitchen with granite countertops, wood floors and knotted hickory cabinets.

Outside of the kitchen is a full deck with barbecue. Off of the lower level of the house is a Private eight person Hot Tub, just a few feet from the creek.

The oversize family room has a sectional couch and 42 inch HDTV with Streaming and Cable channels, DVD. High Speed Internet and WiFi network included at no extra charge.

All four bedrooms have bathrooms with in-tile Heated Floors. The upstairs Master Suite includes a Private Balcony with Mountain Views, Jetted Tub, Double Shower, Queen bed, 26' HDTV/DVD and walk-in closet.

The two main level bedrooms each have a Queen bed. The other upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids with two sets of bunk beds, including one full bed and three twins.

Ample parking is available in a two car detached garage with automatic opener. Carbon Monoxide detectors on all levels and bedrooms. Driveway Snow Removal is included.

Our quiet Vista Point neighborhood is only two miles driving distance from the Ski Area, and five miles to Breckenridge Golf Course (27 Hole Jack Nicklaus Course). The house is also walking distance to Snowshoe and Hiking trails (Sally Barber Mine trail).

Great place to stay!

Loved this house! Myself and 9 of my friends booked this location for our annual snowboarding trip. The house was beautiful, accommodated all of us well and was in a perfect location. Will be booking this same house next year! -Erich and friends

35 years later high school friends gather

The size and location of the home was perfect for our group of 9 long-time friends. We were especially grateful for the garage parking and snow removal from the front walk and driveway since we got quite a few inches of snow overnight, which made skiing awesome. The hot tub was also much appreciated!

Great amenities beautiful views!

We were very happy with our stay! The home was immaculate and the host was very hospitable. The beds were comfy and the home was very warm and charming, yet updated. The home included plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies - everything we could have wanted and more. One of our highlights was the hottub with the gorgeous mountain views! I would happily stay here again and rent from this reponsive host!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was perfect with plenty of room to spread out. One thing that's often hard to find is a comfortable couch that fits everyone, but this one was fantastic—super comfy and plenty of room! The views of the mountain were incredible. It's tough to say what was the best part—drinking coffee in the morning while watching the snowcats groom the slopes, enjoying a glass of wine in the evening watching them, or waking up in the middle of the night and seeing them hard at work through the large windows. The kitchen was an ideal spot for cooking and chatting with the family. We’ll definitely consider renting here again. Also, the homeowners were very responsive and pleasant when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Breckenridge trip

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Great location walk to downtown. Fantastic views and the sound of the stream at your doorstep. The house is large enough for our group of 7 adults to each have some room for privacy or work. We will definitely return. Highly recommend.

Perfect for us!

The location and house layout is great! We didn’t step on each other, could sleep in, space ourselves out or gather at the big table or family room. Two playgrounds were close by plus the free bus! The views are exceptional.

Beautiful home and view

We loved our stay in Breckenridge! The house was so spacious and when you walk in you get the most incredible views with the river flowing right by the house. We loved having the windows open with the sounds of the river flowing. The house was very clean, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen to cook in. The house was in a good location and only a few minute drive to town (or you can take the bus which is close by). We enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and walking the path right by the house. My kids enjoyed the foosball table in the basement and the house has a lot of board games to play. Great home for families! I would highly recommend staying here!

Family Wedding

Stay was perfect for us as we attended a family wedding at the Breckenridge Lodge. Space was perfect and a great layout. Kitchen centrally located and easy to prepare a family meal. No shortage of bathrooms making it easy to get ready for the day. Communication with the host was excellent, any inquiry was answered very quickly. We would recommend staying!

Spring Break Ski trip 16

Nice home with all standard amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Bedrooms were comfortable and each had a bathroom in the room or right outside the bedroom door. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. Master had a oversize shower and tub. Jacuzzi was just big enough for the four of us. The views were fantastic. The property manager needs to pay more attention to details (trash cans were full when we arrived- problem was fixed, dirt in front of sliding glass door, can and cigarette butts by patio, grill brush and outdoor electrical outlet cover thrown over deck in the snow, and the grill drip can hadn't been cleaned in a while- we fixed or cleaned these other issues.) The owner does need to update the renter instructions concerning the jacuzzi cover and checkout instructions. All that being said the home was fantastic and I would gladly stay again on our next ski trip to Breckinridge.

Nice place, wished it was better kept.

Nice place, easy to get too, close to the Gondola and downtown Breck, pretty private. We spent the entire week there. Only a couple things we wished could have been better. Felt like we had to clean up from the previous guest or whomever stayed there prior to us. Examples of this were drawers in the fridge were not clean, everything was really dusty, and the worst of it all was there was a bunch of dog poop on the deck, covered by recent snow that enviably ended up on our shoes when we went to shovel snow off the deck to ise the grill. Also another complaint would be the upstairs bedrooms were really really hot. Turned down thermostat to no avail. Made it difficult to sleep, grab the downstairs or main floor to sleep if you have a choice.

Home was very clean, and well accommodating. The home is 7 to 10 minutes from all attractions. Host was very helpful with any questions asked. Beautiful views!! GREAT STAY!! Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

We had a great time at this home. So much space for our two families. The kids enjoyed sharing the bunk room and having four full bathrooms was so convenient. The house is well stocked with paper products, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Hot tub was relaxing after a day of skiing. Easy to get to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. Would definitely stay here again.

Family owned for twenty years. We live in Littleton, Colorado, and love to vacation in Breckenridge year round. It's a great town, and our whole family loves to visit town, ski, sled, bike ride, and stay at our house.

Breckenridge has great activities year round. This location allowed us to get ~3000 square feet of new construction with great proximity to town: the free bus a block away, or a 20 minute walk during summer.

We have a great view of Peak 8 from our house (and hot-tub). There is a creek right behind the house, which is fun to listen to during spring, summer and fall.
