The space

Designed for families and groups, the open living area is the perfect place to gather after a day on the mountain. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace, enjoy the views through floor-to-ceiling windows or stream your favorite shows on four 4K Smart TVs.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and seating for up to 12 guests.

Three comfortable bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa accommodate up to 10 guests. The spacious primary suite includes a premium Tempur-Pedic mattress, private bathroom and direct balcony access.

Two private balconies offer incredible views of the ski slopes, Maggie Pond, the Village plaza and Main Street.

Beautiful property with easy access to all of Breckenridge. Views were great and there were multiple balconies to enjoy them from. Host provided great guide book for activities, dining, etc. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay. It's so convenient to the mountain and the town. Everything you need! We will be back again. Note: service from Village of Breckenridge front desk and service were above anything we've ever experienced. Service for additional items requested was immediate and the front desk was always a pleasure to talk to... the nicest group!

Great place to stay in Breckenridge! There was plenty of room for 6 of us. The living room was comfortable when we were not on the slopes (and has a fantastic view) and the kitchen was well supplied. It is a perfect location to access ski rentals, lessons, the lift and town. The host was helpful with questions that we had and the check-in process was quick and easy. We would love to stay here again!

Our favorite vacations are those in which we don't need to drive a car around town, so our location is perfect for those who want to explore on foot!
