The house is in a perfect location with access to a pool within walking distance, archery, running trail, basketball court, country club, rec center for table tennis, and a short golf car ride to get to spanish springs or the lap pool for swimming or aqua classes. Grocery stores and restaurants are accessible by car in less than 5 minutes or by golf cart in 15 minutes. The house is updated. Beds are extremely comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. The house is stocked with everything you could need. Master walk in closet for plenty of extra storage. 3 smart tvs all hooked up and working. Showers with master having a spot to sit down. Kitchen stocked with extras for cooking and cleaning. Laundry machines . Living room very comfortable seating. Cleaned spotlessly and the decor has a florida vacation vibe. Great little Florida room with windows to have coffee or play games. Spacious backyard with shade and a nice carport with seating outside. The golf car is like new.

Loved our visit! We have been curious to the Villages experience and it didn't disappoint. The home is clean, well furnished and met all of our expectations.

Great, much larger than anticipated. All pans/utensils etc that could be needed. Golf cart was used once-it was great! Bed is very comfortable in the master. Older but close to country club and adult pool in north area

We rented this house for a month and it exceeded our expectations. The owner (Joe) was outstanding- always quick to reply and committed to making sure we had everything we needed. Location is ideal-close to numerous golf courses, great restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment.What really stood out was how easy it was to get around, much less traffic and congestion than other places we stayed in Florida. The neighbors were friendly and made us feel right at home. A terrific rental experience from start to finish. Highly recommended this rental for a comfortable, stress free stay.

Had a great time. The place had everything you could want. The golf cart is a must to get to where you want to go. That includes groceries the recreation centres pools and the Spanish spring restaurant’s and concerts every nite you only need a car if there is more than two people

For the very short stay we had here it was terrific. Everything we needed was available. Very clean. All my communication with the owner was answered quickly and clearly. Sadly enough we were only able to stay two days as we evacuated due to the hurricane

Incredible stay in the Villages

My wife and I stayed at Joe's property for 3 1/2 months. Joe is a fantastic host and his property was perfect for us. We are both retired and we appreciated how close Joe's property is to the Spanish Springs town square. It is more convenient to use the provided golf cart. There were days at a time where we never had to use our automobile. We could shop, dine and be entertained all within an easy drive on the golf cart.
