The Space:
This unit is located on the ground floor of a quiet and comfortable house, easy for the kids and senior , no stairs. You will have exclusive access to the entire floor, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, 2 king 2 queen beds, three full bathrooms, a dining area, and in-unit washer and dryer.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access of The Quite House. There are 3 separate bedrooms 4 beds with individually controlled AC/Heat; could have guests of 8
Coffee, tea, seasonings and oils are provided for guests as well as full kitchen & BBQ supplies.
Regular 110V outlet available for electric vehicle charging for $15/day

Street parking is free and generally very easy to find right outside the property. For guests with a vehicle, you’ll also have access to a private driveway or garage (if applicable—please check with host), providing added convenience and peace of mind.
Other Things to Note:
Please be sure you are booking for the correct number of guests in your party. Each guest beyond 6 is an additional $50/guest/night for the duration of your stay. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. Unregistered guests beyond 6 will be added to the booking for the entirety of the trip regardless of number of nights present.
Please DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the drain. No wipes, feminine products, towels, hair etc. These things WILL clog the system and will prevent you from using the shower, sinks and toilets.
QUIET HOURS - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM every day, including holidays.
Most importantly - have fun but please treat the property and surrounding neighbor with respect. We have put a lot of love into this home and we want our future guests to enjoy it as much as you.
