Nestled right near Brickell, Coconut Grove, and the Miami River- Little Havana certainly has a lot of character and brings a lot of great Miami energy. The neighborhood is quiet and charming and is filled with some amazing restaurants and cafes. Calle Ocho, has become a very popular scene and tourist attraction that we highly advise you check out. You are also very close to the Miami River that is lined with some of Miami’s most popular venues. Loan Depot Stadium (Marlins Stadium), which is across the street is also in Little Havana so if you have any events there our property is super convenient.

Additional Information:

Garbage: City collection is every Tuesday and Friday morning. Garbage bins are on the side of the house, and if needed, guests may place them out for collection. Our cleaning team handles it if not done by guests.

Parties & Events: Not permitted. Excessive noise or music after 10:00 PM may lead to reservation termination and additional fees.

Pets: Not allowed unless approved before arrival, with a pet fee applied.

Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for items left behind or package deliveries.
